Some local friends took me there and it was just superb. My friends organised for me to try a few specialities and Yum! Some caramelised red onion with a dome of sour cream : divine. A plate of charcuterie with the special fried/soufflé pastry and of course some parmigiano (melting in the mouth). Followed by some pasta filled with cream cheese and spinach then drizzled with olive oil and parmigiano. The flavour were very delicate. We the had some riso (risotto for us) with fresh asparagus and balsamico and almond : scrumptious. For the desert I had the zabblione cream and it was perfect. All this with good wine and friends. A perfect evening
