Found this trattoria off Trip Advisor and it didn’t disappoint. Shared the most amazing home made pasta with a strong hint of lemon and the regional Parmigiana sauce followed by a superbly tender duck dish and pork with Gorgonzola cheese and walnut sauce. Beautiful flavours and the menus were in English and Italian. A great wine list with very reasonably priced wines. Easy to find near Piazza Garibaldi.

The owner/personnel speak English and French, and they are very humourful.
Menus are available in multiple languages.
Prices are way below the quality of food and service provided.
Dishes look much better than pictures on available on Tripadvisor and are definitely super tasty.
We got our food pretty fast.
The venue is clean, traditionally decorated and in the very hear of Parma.
They have an amazing Lambrusco.

After several years we found this trattoria again to our great joy. It was blisteringly hot and in the Po valley plain, so even hooter in the city. Universities had finished for the summer and it was so quiet, left just to the local residents and tourists rushing from shade to shade. We saw a couple of graduation lunches forming up and were delighted to see one entering to dine with us.
What do you have? You go simple and local- Parma ham with some melon, followed by fresh made near yellow pasta with lemon and grated Parma cheese. Over excited fizzing local lambrusco to delight, cleanse the pallet and cut through everything. Meanwhile we chatted to someone cycling ( in this weather) alone from Oslo to Rome and observed the gentle graduation lunch getting into it place. What a wonderful experience again. Simple food served beautifully and the encouraged opportunity to go and have a chat with the chefs. It was a holiday dream!
