Warm, friendly welcome & service. Very good food and excellent wine list. The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano was seriously good. Helps if you read &/or speak Italian (which I don't really) but it is possible to get by. The fresh pasta dishes were perfectly cooked & seasoned; desserts especially good - their tiramisu is right up there. Avoid the (tinned) tuna. The choice may be a bit restrictive for some, but my wife & were very happy with it and ended up dining there on both nights we were in Parma.
