Having recently been in Florence, we were delighted by the uncrowded, clean streets of Parma - not to mention the infinite choice of ristoranti...
Trattoria del Tribunale was one of several recommended by our hotel concierge, and we weren't disappointed.
The tortelli (especially the pumpkin) were memorable, osso bucco simple and delicious. The only slight disappointment was the melanzane/pomordoro 'bake', which was rather heavy and boring.
We were guided through an excellent wine list by a knowledgeable waiter.
Altogether, a very pleasant meal in comfortable surroundings.
