We were looking for a restaurant that actually does something other than pasta and the regular run of the mill that every Italian restaurant does(some of them extremely well I must add). I noticed MOSAIKO in the list as Japanese/fusion...and that is exactly what it is..with a twist. Unfortunately we were only in Parma for 1 night so could only try 1 dish each but most of them read sensationally and judging by the 2 we had, they would be. The best steak tartare treatment ever and the Tuna was also great. Sushi first was magnificent. The chef (Davide)has been and worked around the world and Parma is blessed to have him in their midst. Wine was great, service(from Davide's brother) helpful and friendly, decor very interesting...all in all, our best dining experience in weeks in Italy - don't miss it.
