“Worth a visit”
Reviewed March 12, 2013

Good place to wander for an afternoon, although like most things Ferrari it is not cheap and is quite small so doesn't take long to go round. You get to see the history of the cars from olden days to present times, and also a number of the GP cars.
When we were there part of the museum was closed for a new exhibit so we got a discount on the entrance fee and a free brochure, but it was still worth going as Maranello is probably not somewhere you will visit more than once as there is not much else there.
There was an F1 simulator there which you could have a go in, but at 25 Euros each I gave it a miss. Should have been free after paying the entry fee.

I can imagine Ferrari fans, young boys and fans alike loving it here but for a car enthusiast like me I was pretty disappointed. It's really just a drab oversized garage full of Ferraris but without atmosphere. Oh and by the way the cafe is rubbish.

“Do The Factory Bus Tour And Museum”
Reviewed March 4, 2013

This was one of the highlights of our whole trip/also Lamborghini. From when we got there, the tickets I had ordered online where waiting, and the bus we went on around the factory buildings was ontime. The lady giving the tour on the bus spoke good english and gave alot of information about what they did in each building and what went on during working hours etc. They dont let you take any pics which is understandable. The museum on the other hand lets you take as many pics as you want with all types of Ferrari's.Even if you arnt a car nut this is still well worth spending a few hours visiting. They even have car rental places outside which let you rent a Ferrari or Lamboghini for 70 Euro 10 mins.

“If you are a petrol head then it is a must”
Reviewed February 16, 2013

I visited as a treat for my 12 year old son. We also went to the Lamborghini museum, about 45 minutes away. He preferred Lamborghini although it is much smaller than Ferrari.

The museum houses maybe three dozen cars, road and F1, from all era's. Staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is special. We spent about 90 minutes in the museum which I felt was about right. We then took a tour of the manufacturing facility, You cannot get off the bus, nor go into any of the buildings. However the guide does give you a good insight into each building and you also get a tour of the test rack, snow permitting.

My son raved about it and I was glad I visited it
