Thanks to the great reviews by TA reviewers, I decided to visit the Museo Davia Bargellini and I’m very pleased I did; I loved it! The museum is small, beautifully curated with something for everyone! From antique bikes, jewelry, frescoes, marble, glassware, tapestries, collections of brass architectural pieces, furniture, lace, statues, religious decorations, ivory and on and on! Floor to ceiling something beautiful to enjoy! Currently there is a vintage clothing collection exhibition which blends beautifully with the antiques in the museum and I loved seeing the bright red dress that surely Lucy Riccardo wore in I Love Lucy! Great museum, well worth your time; it takes less than an hour and is free! And many thanks to the TA reviewer who gives instructions on how to find it...look for the two Giants on either side of the doorway and go all the way to the back to find the museum on the right. This is easily combined with a visit to the Basilica of Santa Maria dei Servi which is across the street on Via Maggiore. Enjoy
