I just have to agree with all the reviewers--a fantastic wonderful experience. From the time we were picked up and our hotel, Allessandro and his drivers/assistants were wonderful. Everyplace we visited left us with so much knowledge and enthusiasm for this delicious food and their origins. We finished the three visits (with generous samples at each venue!) with the most amazing meal on a lovely covered patio outside at a "farm house". Allessandro has such knowledge about each product; plus his energetic personality made it all such fun. He made a point of knowing each person in the group and making us all feel like friends. This did not feel like a "tour" but a private inside visit to the area's wonderful traditional producers of Parmigiano Reggiano, Balsamic and Prosciutto!
