The hotel is a 3 star establishment that probably satisfies all requirements of such a category. However, its location in the heart of the historic centre makes it certainly a very convenient place to stay. Rooms are all clean and spacious enough and staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Breakfast could be improved considerably even if just the quality of the bread is upgraded.

Can't wait to return to my home away from home. I will be staying at the Albergo for the 10th time this summer. I have stayed alone, with my husband and one year with a grandchild. I have stayed as long as 5 weeks.I find the hotel staff exceptional, the rooms clean and location ideal. Most small villages in Italy have limited parking. I have never found this a problem. There is free parking if you are willing to take a walk. Breakfast is always good and plentiful with fruit, cheese, croissants, toast, cereal, etc. Not any different than any other small hotel in Italy.

We stayed at the Albergo, which is very convenient in its location, and where the breakfast is very good.the rooms are OK, but don't bother to pay the extra charge for the view. The staff are very friendly and helpful. But I can't get used to paying for a wifi connection. It makes no sense, so please don't insult your otherwise happy customers with this money- gouging policy.

We visited Urbino in december 2012, so it was quite 'oyurt of season. We stayed in Albergo Italia with great pleasure. The hotel is situated in the city centre, all sights and restaurants are no more then a walk of a couple of minutes.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was nice, comfortable and clean. The price was fine (not expensive)
The staff showed advised us where we could park the car, just outside the city-walls for free. Breakfast was very good. Even though the hotel was in the city centre it was a very quiet place, at least when we were there. But maybe this had to do with being 'out of season??
Anyway, we can certainly recommend this hotel and we plan to return another time!!

Wonderful place to rest after a day walking in the city. Very clean, confortable, warm and with excelent shower and bathtub. Paolo, at the reception, was very kind.
Breakfast could be better. They only served cold food.
Parking is charged and expensive, in a public parking not so far from the hotel. It was 11 euros for the night using the voucher given by the hotel.

We stayed here in September 2012 on a 3 day weekend and loved the hotel and this small town.

Good:
- very friendly staff, the front desk clerk welcoming us was the owner's daughter
- central location in the middle of the town at very reasonable price including breakfast and internet
- excellent breakfast and comfortable rooms

Bad:
- hotel is in the walking zone, you can drive up and drop off the bags but street is small however location is charming and worth it
- this is a college town with locals hanging out to the early morning hours on the weekend - have to keep windows closed to keep the noise out

Urbino is a fabulous town worthy of a visit especially to the "studiolo" of the Duke of Monfeltro! This hotel is sort of a businessman's hotel. There is no parking and they do not help you with your bags. Only one person was there and the bar service was non existant. Rooms were fine and clean but unremarkable. Breakfast was fine and there is a lovely terrace. Go down the street to Trattoria Del Leone for dinner
