We had been to this restaurant many years ago when it was under different management and very good. As we had to go back to Pesaro for business, we decided to try the "new" chef.
What a surprise!
We never expected to find a chef, Daniele, so young and capable, with lots of ambition, who could present each dish with such flair and with such an amazing blend of tastes. The ambiance is so incredible, in what used to be the stables of the Baldassini Palace, built in the later half of the 16th century, Daniele and his partner Matteo have put together one of the most impressing places to dine in Italy.
You can find any wine you want in their cantina which deserves a visit from all wine lovers.
This is a restaurant not to be missed and I would suggest, even if you have to go out of your way to get there, do everything you can to work it into your itinerary.
