We used Presto Tours on 2 occasions when we were in Rome. The first one was the "Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St Peter's Basilica" tour, and the second one was the "City of Rome at night" tour. Both of them were 3 hours long. We booked these semi-private tours online in early February 2012 for our November 2012 tours. It was easy & all were completed online. We were then looking for a Colosseum semi-private tour with Presto, but there was nothing available except for a private tour which was a lot more expensive than the semi-private tours for obvious reasons. So we emailed Presto to ask if maybe they just forgot to list it online. Well, the reply we got was that we caught their mistake as they had forgotten to remove the semi-private tours offered for the slow season, November being one of them. They said they will still honor what they sold us online. And so they did. Both of our tours were "private" as we were the only paying couple they toured. Both of our tour guides, Michael (for the Vatican City Tour) and Frederica (for the Rome City Tour) arrived on time and were very knowledgeable with their assigned tasks. The tours still lasted for 3 hours each. We were very happy with their professionalism, knowledge and their love of history.
