The welcome and service was really good with a reasonably varied menu. The suggestions were helpful without being pushy and the food was both tasty and well presented The outside seating was was more than satisfactory considering its position and we considered the prices to be very reasonable. All in all a very good eating experience.

Food was ok, no more. It is very touristic. But service was very, very bad! People sitting next to us had to ask the server to take our order because he kept ignoring us. He never ask us if food was ok, never looked at us when brigning plates. And he got the worst attitude when he saw that we left him a small tips... Even if we were charge for ''coperto''. To bad.

We dined here as two couples this September and were greeted in a warm and very friendly manner. We were seated and offered wine even though the restaurant was technically not quite ready for dinner guests.
The food was all delicious and regular menu offerings were very reasonably priced.
But...
We really should have asked how much the seafood specials were. We chose the fresh fish special and offered shrimp on the side. We had NO IDEA how expensive the specials were going to be. Although we felt that we should have been told ahead of time the cost of the specials, we also feel that it was our own fault for not asking.
That said, everything was incredibly delicious. There is really nothing negative I can say about the service or the quality of the food.
I would definitely recommend the restaurant; but, caution folks to order off the menu or be sure to ask about prices before ordering any specials.

My husband and I came across the restaurant by chance as we were trying to avoid the noisier streets. The outside area is also screened off so you can enjoy a meal with some privacy. We were served by Rocco who was very chatty and fun, and clearly wants everyone to enjoy the experience. I'm very surprised to read some of the negative comments here. There was certainly no attitude from the staff and, even with this being the first time we'd braved a restaurant in Rome and knowing no italian, we were treated with respect and it was a very friendly atmosphere. There were a few other international couples eating at the same time and they seemed to be having a lovely time too, even commenting on how much fun Rocco was. Food was absolutely delicious too and at a reasonable price.
