A group of us visited here in March. Had the meat anti pasti for starters and then we had suckling pig, veal and lamb chops ...all very tasty. Wine was very reasonably priced. Service excellent.

The highlight of this restaurant is their selection of cured meats and salamis. Five of us shared the Anti Pasti della Casa which was virtually a meal in itself. As well as a basket of superb salamis etc it included a wonderful polenta and parmessan amongst the many dishes brought out.
Suckling pig was a bit fatty but succulent and tender with good crackling. The star desert was the tiramisu.
The wine list was very good with a wide selection of wines. Incanto from Abbruzo at €18 was exceptional value.
They also offer a pickup service to and from your hotel if you are staying within a few kilometres of the restaurant which we used and was very efficient.

The restaurant is a pillar of the typical Abruzzi cuisine. Experience the home appetizer, with a wide variety of cured meats and cheeses, along with some grilled veggies. Their first course pasta is delicious, and their lamb and mutton, a typical dish, is more than what you would expect.
The food was wonderful... but the service was outstanding! The kindness and professionalism with which the waiters treat their honored guests makes you want to come back!

We booked the restaurant in advance by e-mail including pick up at our hotel. It was a good experience, genuine Italien food and mostly Italian guests. Excellent service and attention from the staff. It worked very well and we would be happy to come back!
