My family and I stayed here for 2 weeks while visiting Rome Feb-March 2016. The apartment is a 2 bedroom/2 bath located on the (?)5th floor. There is a small elevator for luggage and if you don't want to hike the stairs! The bedrooms both have double beds, one bath has a bathtub and the other has a shower. The living room and dining room are spacious. The couch does pull out to form a bed. The kitchen is good sized and well equipped other than the freezer which wasn't working and was supposed to be replaced. There is a washer in the kitchen. We did have some issues with the heating when we arrived but it was quickly fixed and worked well the rest of the time. The apartment does look like the pictures - the floors are really nice wood floors!
The location is the best thing about this apartment- it is next to the pantheon- you can see the pantheon from the patio! There are a couple of restaurants nearby - we ate at the one next door (Taverna del Seminario). The food was great! (Really good special of gnocchi with mushrooms and tiramisu!) There are also many places around the pantheon- here are a couple: our favorite coffee shop is sant' eustachio - try the cappuccino, our favorite gelato is don nino - try their special gelato which is almond/pistachio with drizzled chocolate and a cookie!
We enjoyed our stay in Rome and were happy with the apartment.
