Not only was the apt very nice but the extra service Elenora and Pietro so willing gave makes this place a real find. Loved that they set up a car service for us to/from FCO airport making our arrival and departure so easy. Great restaurants right around the corner and the historic sights of Rome a short walk away.

We cannot recommend this property highly enough! The hosts are delightful, very kind and so very helpful. It was sparkling clean, pretty and so easy to find. The neighbourhood is marvellous and a perfect location for our time in Rome. I hope we will be back one day!!

The Best Nest says it all. This apartment has everything you would need to feel comfortable especially after a long day of sightseeing. This was our first trip to Rome and I can’t imagine better accommodations. First, the home is sparkling clean with every amenity at your fingertips. We especially enjoyed making espresso every morning with coffee provided by the hosts in Moka pot. Second, the home is in a great location. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bus, tram, and taxis were all minutes away. Trastevere is lively, but the home is a quiet oasis. It was easy to walk to major Rome attractions like Piazza Navona, Trevi fountain, and Colosseum. It was easy to take bus to Vatican and Termini train station. Most importantly, the hospitality of Eleanor’s and Pietro truly made this the best. They gave us explicit instructions for our arrival arranging a taxi. When we had a little trouble finding our driver, they communicated instantly and soon we were on our way. They greeted us when we arrived like family. We had a quick tour of apartment and shown how to lock door. They had maps and suggestions. We appreciated the bottle of wine, snacks, and drinks they had waiting. While our Roman Best was the best, it was Eleanora and Pietro who made it extraordinary. It was a great trip and we can’t wait to come back especially to the Best Nest. Thank you again to our hosts.

Great little apartment in a very nice area. Walking distance to many restaurants and things to see. The hosts were extremely helpful and didn't mind is contacting them at any time. Our stay was very enjoyable and would recommend it without hesitation.

The Best Nest is perfect for a stay in Rome!
We chose The Best Nest based on the wonderful and impressive reviews left by previous guests. This was our first trip to Italy and we had no idea what to expect of the neighborhood it was in. Location and safety was very important to us. Upon searching for additional information we learned that Trastevere is a desirable neighborhood in Rome.

Once we booked our stay, the communication immediately began with our wonderful hosts Pietro and Eleanora. They provided thorough, detailed and personalized information for every question we asked. Always patient and kind in their response. We felt as though we already knew them before we even arrived.

The flat was easy to find. Pietro and Eleanora communicated with us until the point of our arrival. They were waiting at the front door when we arrived and helped us with our luggage. What a delightful Couple.

We found the flat charming and spotless. Pietro had chosen a lovely bottle of Prosecco to gift us which we enjoyed one evening in the quaint enclosed patio just outside the apartment.

They had everything we needed and provided additional information and tips of places to dine, sights to see, where to shop and more. The bed was very comfortable, we slept very well each night. The neighborhood was quiet and we always felt safe.

Lovely restaurants and shops are all close by. We dined at the restaurants just around the corner and they are only a few steps from the flat.

When we left, our lovely hosts helped with our luggage and walked with us to the taxi stand around the corner. We had forgotten to mail the postcards we had purchased and they mailed them for us later that day!

After we departed They sent us information with tips on our trip to Florence as well! We can not say enough about how amazing The Best Nest is! If you are looking for a place to stay in Rome....go ahead and book this one....or the other property they are opening soon. You will not be disappointed!
