This is the first 3 Star Michelin award restaurant I have been to.
To be very honest, my expectation was extremely high.
We ordered the Gourmet Menu that comes with 9 Courses.
So here's 2 dishes I would like to talk about.
The Foie Gras with Apple, Almond and Amaretti taste heavenly!
It is the first time I have tasted Foie Gras in such way.
There is something really special I can't describe with words.
Fruity sensation with some crunches of Almond, without the lost of the basic texture of the Foie Gras.
The second dish is Fagottelli "La Pergola"
I read and watch Heinz Beck's signature Carbonara Fagottelli.
Expecting it to be really delicious, it turned out that the taste doesn't suit me.
My opinion of it: Salty.
I still believe it is very nice for the mass, maybe just not for me.
