Went here with a group of friends. The ambience was fantastic and food delicious. We had a range of items from mozzarella and aubergine to pizza to the meat platter. All very good - the service was a little slow - but a very enjoyable experience.

We enjoyed a delicious meal in Rome at Obika. Located in the historical heart of Rome near the Pantheon, we enjoyed the beautiful June weather and sat outside on the terrace surrounded by jasmine. We ate a tasting plate of three kinds of mozzarella (my favourite was the smoked one) and shared an eggplant melanzana and some eggplant tortellini. Everything was fresh, delectable and beautifully presented, including the paper thin salted foccaccia bread and wines by the glass. Service was excellent (despite our poor Italian). A great atmosphere with a scattering of tourists as well as many people speaking Italian. Highly recommended.

A very good start to our 4-day stay in Rome. Most of the patrons were locals which always bodes well, as opposed to all those places on the piazzas which are total tourist traps. We ordered a proscuitto pizza and burrata from their mozarella bar, both of which were delicious. The servers were courteous and helpful once they learned we did not speak Italian. I would go back.

A nice change from standard pasta and pizza. The quality of ingredients and the thoughtfulness in preparation showed. Good value for money and not a bad wine list.

Modern styling and unusual menu choices but unfortunately let down by slow service and lukewarm pasta.
