We stayed here two nights and loved it. It does not have a street level entrance so as someone mentioned it can be hard to find, especially if you're looking for a hotel lobby and not a sign. We had them arrange for a car to pick us up from the airport so we were dropped right at the door. It cost 50 euro but we thought well worth it to be met at the airport and dropped at the hotel door. It was about a 20-30 minute drive so not a quick trip. There is a tiny elevator (3 people max) you take to the 4th floor where the hotel is located. Very modern and everything looks brand new. We arrived well before official check in but they still had a room ready for us and let us have breakfast which was just finishing up. Room was new looking and clean. Nice laminate flooring, glass panel shower, heated towel rack, comfy bed and pillows and nice view of the square. The mini fridge comes stocked with water, juice and sodas - all free. I think there is a fee if you want them restocked. Breakfast was delicious - you would easily pay 15-20 euro per person if you got the same quality/quantity of food at a restaurant. Amazing baked goods, cold meats and cheeses, eggs, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juices and all types of beverages. They have a machine that makes pretty much any type of coffee drink you could want plus hot chocolate (that's mostly chocolate) and hot water for tea. Also a water machine with still and sparkling options. The water and hot drink machines are available all day long. We loved coming back after a long, cold day of site seeing to a free hot chocolate and cappuccino. Staff is very helpful, friendly and multi lingual. They called and made reservations for us at the Borghese Musuem. Very convenient location just a few minutes walk from the train station and metro, just make sure you walk the right way straight across the square instead of up the street. We had the Roma/Omnia pass and the Cristina Hop on Hop off bus is just a couple minutes walk, stopping practically at the hotel door. The stop is right in front of a grocery store so easy to grab snacks. Only negative is there are apartments either above or below the hotel floor (maybe both) and the first night we heard what sounded like constant running and falling down (kids playing?) and the second night someone was playing the piano for quite a while. Fortunately, not a beginner so nice sounding, but played for a long time. Postives far outweighed the noise though and doubtful there are any noise free options in such a great location. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back.
