We needed some wine after exploring Spanish steps. This place hit the spot. The restaurant only features food and wine from Lazio region. Ordered some charcuterie and asked for a savory white wine from the local area. We tried a grechetto grape...somewhat savory but not quite the super savory we prefer but it was pretty nice intro to lazio wines. I would describe the grape as floral notes with a deep mineral streak and decent body. There was limited fruit notes and I would guess that it is aged in stainless steel with no oak. This is just first impression so others may have more experience with this local grape.
