My wife & I enjoyed a fantastic 5 day stay at Vito's apartment. From the car that Vito arranged to bring us from the airport, to his wonderful staff who welcomed us & showed us around, everything we needed was catered for.
The apartment is stunning; the terrace, with its breathtaking views over the city, is worth paying for alone. Inside, everything is clean & well presented. The kitchen is well stocked so that you can enjoy meals on the terrace, the bedroom area is just right & the bathroom looks like it's been recently renovated to a high standard.
In terms of location, what more could you want?! All of Rome's major attractions are within walking distance while the Trastevere area where the apartment is located is packed full of gorgeous restaurants, shops & bars to explore.
This trip was booked as a birthday trip for my wife; unfortunately I had to alter the original dates I had requested. Vito could not have been more helpful & understanding. His service throughout the entire process has been top class & we will be recommending this apartment to all of our family & friends! Thank you Vito!

First of all, THANK YOU to Vito for being such a good host. Everything was as agreed upon and doing business with a very kind and professional host is so important. You can concentrate on your vacation and not on all the details and fears of renting abroad.
Vito is more than expected. Charming and honest and timely. We appreciated the response to our emails and texts and all was explained very well.
Now you can pay more for another apartment, you can have a location across the river near the sights, and you can have one with more amenities. Why? When you arrive at the airport, use Vito's suggestion of a driver. We called ours the Transporter. He was professional and well dressed , had a sign with our name on it when we got thru customs, clean Mercedes sedan, and took us right to the apartment. Of course, Vito was waiting at the door!.
A nice lift for the ride to the top floor and we arrived to find a well appointed 1 room apartment. Queen bed with privacy door and a sleeper sofa, Kitchen area, dining table, storage for clothing, and a great bathroom with a very good shower. Keep in mind two things, you didn't rent this apartment for the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. Step out on the terrace! OMG the veiw is from St Peters Basilica all the way to Palentine Hill with the Jewish Ghetto in the center. Covered table, plants and flowers and lemon tree. We sat out there each evening for a bottle of wine and some take out. Clean up in the shower, find a couple of plates and wine glasses in the kitchen, and enjoy this special place that is all yours for your stay!
We walked to the Coloseum, Forum, and Palentine Hill from here. We walked to the Jewish Ghetto, Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and Borghanise Gardens from here, and You can walk to the Vatican which we did but the entrance is around the opposite side so we grabbed a cab for the last few kilometers. We walked 10+ miles a day. My wife was trying to set some record on her Apple Watch for steps or something. But yea, we saw it all!
All from our beautiful home base apartment.
To tell you the truth, the neighborhood the apartment is in, just across the Tibor River is the happening area. No crowds. The crowds you leave at Trevi Fountain or the Vatican. No, Trevestere is for locals. The best eating. Fun outdoor music, all withing a 6 block area. Im happy to help any reader who wants some advice on Rome. The must do's and the maybe avoids... But for sure you want to book this apartment. Clean, safe, elevator, and the VIEW!!!
Thanks Vito! For Everything! We miss everything about Rome and we owe you a big thank you!!

I loved my delightful perch overlooking all of Rome. I cannot wait to go back. Having had many apartments in Rome in various locations, this was one of my favorites. The photos are accurate, especially the ones of the lovely terrace. The apartment is a bit smaller than I imagined, but more than adequate for one or two people. Vito was delightful and kept in touch, even though he was extremely busy. Although there is an elevator, there are some stairs to climb to get to the top floor. I did not find this to be an impediment at all, and I am a senior. I also loved the location, which is removed from the noise and activity of Trastevere, yet close enough to walk there and almost everywhere in minutes. I highly recommend this adorable apartment (but not when I want to go there).

A wonderful apartment central to exploring the beauty and history of 'the city of light.' The apartment is light, modern and immaculately clean - the balcony gives a panoramic view of the city that (I think) includes the dome of St. Peter's.
Vito, the owner, could not have been more friendly, helpful and wise in the advice he gave us; from the best means of transport to the apartment from the airport (Fiumicino) - hiring a limo was by far the best option as you can see all the sights on foot once here. Also, his recommendations as to good places to eat proved to be spot on!
We had a wonderful time in Rome and the apartment contributed very much to the experience as a great 'home base' and easily accessible to all we wanted to see.

I'm halfway into a 15 day stay and this apartment is spectacular. After arranging our airport pickup, Vito met us at the apartment and showed us how everything work. A bottle of wine and a bowl of fruit were waiting for us. The bed was made and our towels and complimentary slippers were laid out. The unit is small but has a great amount of storage. It was planned exceptionally well. Everything you might need is provided. If you plan to cook all the pots and pans are here. Oil.vinegar and spices are also provided. The terrace is great. All the plants are on an automatic sprinkler system, so all you have to do is enjoy them. If you'd ever dreamed about having a lemon, orange and olive tree, that dream becomes reality too. The neighborhood is central, but quiet. A great selection of restaurants and shops a just short walks away. Vito also provides a welcome book that has many restaurant suggestions, as well as maps highlighting restaurants and shops in the area. I will definately book here again.

Although I haven't stayed at this property yet I felt compelled to assure future guests as to the tripadvisor booking process. I was hesitant to book this property because there were no reviews yet but it looked like a fantastic apartment and I decided to take a chance. Booking was very easy and the owner Vito was incredibly responsive. His English is perfect and he answered all my questions within a few hours. The unit was going to be occupied on the day I was arriving so he sent me a list of hotels I could book for the one night and also offered to make arrangements for an airport pick up.
P.S. I had to put 3/2015 as the date of my stay so I could post this review. I won't be staying in the apartment until later in the fall. Can't wait!
