The room is cosy and comfortable. The bathroom is small with hotwater, soap, shampoo and clean towels. They cleaned the room everyday. The heater was perfect and when it was cold outside we came back to a nice warm room. Great location as it is close to the bus and train stations. The hotel is a walking distance from the Colosseum. Daniel the guy at the reception gave us great advice and a useful map. If we go back to Rome, we will stay there again! We bought the Roma Pass for 30 Euros and it was the best thing we've done. You can use all public transport for free for 3 days also, we went to the Colosseum for free and we did not queue and went straight through! We would have queued for at least an hour. Also, you get a discount on different opera shows, tour bus and lots more all written in the Roma pass booklet. We had a great time and the location of the hotel was brilliant!

The only sign for the hotel is a small brass plate, maybe 1" X 3" by the door. Checked in after 10 PM, and were shown to our room. Having just driven from Milan to Pisa to Rome, I was looking forward to a nice shower. Unfortunately, there was no hot water. I contacted management, who apologized, and offered us an upgraded room in another location on the other side of Rome, which we took on the following day. This original location is excellent, minutes from the train station and other attractions. Too bad about the lack of hot water. The hotel looked to be newly renovated and the facilities were very nice.

Room Tip: Check to see if there is hot water before taking the room.

Before booking a room in this hotel, you have to make sure that you know where this hotel is located. It does not have really obvious or big signs telling you the direction to this hotel. There is an elevator service but before accessing the lift landing, you have to walk up a small flight of stairs, so you will have to carry your luggage up if its a rolling one. And it is also a flight of stairs down from level 3 lift landing.

The room heater was working perfectly and the room was clean and tidy. There is also a kitchen where you can make your own free coffee with the coffee machine provided. This hotel is a short walking distance away from the Rome main train station. It is so convenient that even going around Rome was convenient because the metro station was also located inside the main train station. This hotel is valued for money.

Unfortunately due a flight missed, I stayed here only for two nights, the place is great, just a couple o blocks away from the station, cheap and good options of places to eat around, and the room was very clean and tidy, and has a good heating, all for 40 euros per night! from termini you are two stations away from colosseo and other attractions! recommend it in deed!

I stayed here on a whim as it was priced well and close to Termini. Other reasons include positive trip advisor reviews and smart webpage. However, my room was far from the colorful webpage; instead it was drab and dusty with a lumpy bed. Although it looked clean, both my wife and I had immediate allergic reactions to the dust in the room. If my memory is correct, some rooms were recently renovated but not all.

Furthermore, my shower was smaller than my closet and had a rubber shower curtain with nothing to fasten; hence, water flew about the bathroom after every shower. The room size is adequate, but at times I felt like I was staying in hostel. Also, each front door was incredibly difficult to open. You need to pull the door towards you as you jiggle the key before opening it.

I had no trouble finding the hotel and the computer along with free coffee was a nice touch. I understand that I get for what I pay for, but going back to Rome I will opt for a more reputable hotel. This bed and breakfast just isn't worth it with its thin walls.

Note: this is my first b and b and probably last.

Room Tip: Request renovated room

We have stayed at WRH Termini twice now, each time we go to Rome it is one of the two places we stay that we can trust. We choose it because it is clean, really close to Termini - it is so easy to get to from the airport and saves having to go on the Metro with suitcases which can be a hassle.
Although staff are there at limited times they make sure they are there for your arrival and have always been helpful and nice. Rooms and beds are comfortable & have PC with internet connection. Having stayed here a couple of times we have had different rooms - the bathroom has been clean although in one room the shower was built into what was probably a cupboard so it was a little squashy but perfectly usable & clean with plenty of hot water. There is a self-catering kitchen with some vending machines and small snacks provided in the room. Overall an enjoyable stay that we would gladly go back to.
