Clean, neat, Eva, Avraham and thier assistant Delya were always their to assist us. The breakfasts were fine and the location very convenient to Bus and Metro. Omne small word of caution, all the TV stations are in Italian.

We stayed in this bed and breakfast back in late May and it was just right for what we needed. It was in a quiet residential neighborhood away from all the tourists and crowds. It was easy to get to the metro which was very close by and easy to use, and allowed simple access to many of the sights in Rome. The bed and breakfast was scrupulously clean and snacks were available in the dining area for us to help ourselves. The famous jam tart was delicious and we kept taking little slivers until we had eaten more than we should have! We certainly have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone, although we found it totally by accident.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in september and had a wonderful time. The owner was so friendly and even set us up with transportation from the airport when we arrived. The breakfast was wonderful. staff was so friendly. The location was perfect as it was a 2 min walk to the metro station which takes you anywhere you want to go. Staff had breakfast set out and came in to help us plan our entire day including how to get around and other practical advise. Would strongly reccomend The home in rome for anyone. They were just perfect.

I spent 13 days between Sept 8 and Sept 20,2013 in the B&B with my wife. We had a fantastic experience well before we arrived Rome. Every time we have a question we get an answer within minutes from Eva. Her daughter Jada check us in and made us feel at home right from day one. She went out of her way to help us make bookings for the Boghese Gallery and restaurant. The

Inn keeper Dalia did everything she can to cater to our every needs. In many cases, we didn't ask for it but she act just because we mentioned what we like .......special corn flakes with
nuts, banana, watermellon etc. Our room was kept immaculate even though we told her no need to change the sheets and towels too often. Together, they really live up to name of the B&B ..........we really think of the place as our home while we are in Rome. Some days we need a break from the sightseeing, we will return "home" miday just to refresh and recharge ourselves before heading out again. Jada noticed my birthday during my check in and surprised me with a home baked challah and a bottle of champagne.
The entire B&B is always neat and clean as the name Kosher implied. It was also wonderful to have the opportunity to talk to the other guest and share our travel stories. The location is perfect. Couples of minutes walks to the Metro and our favorite #62 bus that pass by most of the major attractions. Because it is the first stop, we always get a seat.

I will definitely use this B&B again if I ever return to Rome.

Room Tip: We pick the room with ensuite bathroom and its own walkout to the balcony. I thought that is the be...

We were attracted to The Home in Rome by the good reviews and the family room in which we and our two young children could all sleep together. Our room was large, comfortable and everything was very clean. There was a communal dining room with a sofa and small terrace containing Tourist books and guides which we used a lot. The B&B is in an apartment building in a quiet suburb of Rome within a short distance of the Metro and with a bus stop for the city centre just outside.

Despite not being Jewish ourselves we were made very welcome and were provided with a map of the city and given some very useful time, and cost saving Tourist advice. Jade was very kind and encouraged us to take food to feed the Children during the day to keep them going.

All in all we had a marvellous stay and would not hesitate to recommend to anybody.

The Home in Rome is perfect for anyone in Rome to see Rome and save money for museums and meals instead of spending on a room they'll only be sleeping in. The location is incredibly convenient, one short block to the Bologna metro stop. The staff are wonderful; Jade took the time to fill us on all essentials for visiting Rome. The Home is spotless, gleaming floors, not a speck of dust. There is nothing too fancy, but all you need and more.
