we stayed four nights last week and we really had a great time. SweetDreams is wonderful.
The position is absolutely the best, very close to the Vatican and the metro. Our room was spacious, very well decorated with a nice bathroom, a comfortable bed and double gazed window.
Jerry and Veronica were friendly and helpful. Would definetly stay here again!

Before we arrived we corresponded with the owner via email who was very responsive. The B&B is easy to find and is only a 5 minute walk from the Ottaviano Metro station and is very close to the Vatican. Its entrance is on a busy road but it lies on the quiet side of the building. The windows have excellent sound proofing and the room was very quiet with the window closed. We went in October so we did not need the air conditioning so I can't comment on that. The bed was very comfortable and we looked forward to sleeping in it after a busy day walking around the city. The only downside to our room (and I can see others have commented about this) is the loud pump that's attached to the plumbing in the en suite bathroom. It was activated whenever the toilet was flushed or if water was running (including the shower). It didn't really bother us and our room was on the opposite side of the B&B from the other rooms so I'm not sure how loud it was for them. It was a bit unusual but it didn't concern us too much. There was a good size TV in the room (all Italian channels but...you're in Italy...) and a full kitchen which is available to use. There was a very nice and friendly man who takes great care of the guests and the rooms during the day but after 6 o'clock you are alone. Again, not a concern for us. We only ate breakfast once as we were keen to get out before the crowds but there was a decent selection available. It's a nice part of town, lots of restaurants, eateries, etc. nearby.

We had a great and very comfortable stay.
