The room was big and confortable but it was very hot and the A/C didn't work very well.

There weren't enough towels in the room (we were 3 adults) and when asked for another set of towels, they send us 3 face and hand towels instead of one set of body and face towels (for me)

When I asked for an adapter for my electronic devices, they told me that they didn't have one and directed me to a store to buy one.

There is no ice machines on the floors, so you have to go to the lobby bar to ask for ice.

Also, I was very annoyed that nobody of the reception staff seemed to speak in spanish, which is very weird in a hotel from a Spanish chain of hotel establishments.

The location is not good. The only bus to downtown Rome came every 20-30 minutes and viceversa.

This is a big hotel, so you'll be lucky enough if you get to have a room near the lobby. Otherwise, it's going to take a while before you get to and from your room, especially if it's at the far end of the hotel.

This is probably one of the best hotels I've been on in Italy. Reception can speak English, wifi is available in all rooms and public areas, breakfast was also very good. Rooms were big and very modern, beds were very comfortable, bathroom and toilet are separated from the sink but don't have doors as dividers so it's a little awkward and uncomfortable if you're with somebody else who isn't your significant other. When we stayed here, the hot water for the rain shower wasn't functioning so we had to use the telephone shower which was placed in front of you, not on top, which takes a little more time to use. Hot water for telephone shower also takes time to function. There also wasn't enough hangers and there was nowhere to hang your body towels in the bathroom. Room is also equipped with LED lights to set the mood.

In terms of location, it's a little far out from the city center. You can ask the staff what to do. They'll also give you maps.

Housekeeping needs to be trained again. Some lights in our bathroom (sink area) weren't functioning, some towels weren't replenished, the next night, we lacked some towels as well (face & hand).

Room Tip: Room near the lobby/reception area/elevators.

Clean room helpful staff. Great places to eat within walking distance. Breakfast came with room good food for breakfast. Hotel is not within walking distance to downtown Rome but there is a bus close by that will take you into down town Rome.

Room Tip: I liked it but if I was going back to Rome I would stay closer to downtown.

I spent 5 days in this hotel, first time in Rome.
We took a transfer from the airport to be booked by hotel reception. Good service.
At check in time very good staff, just wait the time to register you in the system.
Good room, if you prefer double bed better to put on your booking.
The best receptionist ever met was Alessandra, she gave us all the information to reach the center, good restaurants and she also helped us to organize the trip to Napoli. Even after million questions she always replies smiling...
Well stocked buffet for breakfast
Will come back for sure!

Check-in was lethargic. Receptionist took almost 20 minutes to check us in (answering phones, disappearing behind counter etc. etc.) .. but once done; made sure we had local maps, bus routes and hotel info.

We got room on the top floor, where it was very quite. The hotel is very spacious and so was the room. They do say the standard room dimensions can vary so may be we got lucky.

The room and bathroom are separated by just a sliding glass door (frosted .. but that doesn't go very far) so privacy might be of a concern if you are sharing your room with someone not so intimate.

Air conditioning was excellent. Shower pressure was very satisfying & water temperature was also very good. Room service always left the room immaculately clean.

The hotel is a bit far from centre of Rome but is served by bus no. 160 (about 10 minutes walk from hotel and the one we used almost daily) that takes you straight to Piazza Venezia in about 20 minutes. Once there, you can walk to almost all the major tourist attractions.

Breakfast was a bit lacking, same thing every day and not much variety .. but it was passable.

The area is nice and quite, there is a supermarket around the corner and also a pizza/grill restaurant across the road. The room service menu offered by the hotel is well priced and has good variety as well.
