Very friendly and polite staff. Nice and clean. Modern interior. Walking distance to most sites. Good and detailed recommendations for shopping, tourism and eating. A couple of very good restaurants and food shops very close.
The standard is simple, for example you get meal tickets to a coffee shop across the street instead of a hotel breakfast. Something in-between a b&b and a hotel.
We were travelling with a baby and we had no problems what so ever. Very nice place. Would definitely stay there again.

We spent three nights here in June. The location is perfect, in the best place to stay in Rome. Right in the middle of some really good places to eat and with a really genuine Italian host. Quiet at night and breakfast across the road is amazing, coffee to die for and lovely pastries.

This place was previously top twenty in rome on the hotels list before they forced them onto the b&b list and you can see why it had risen so far.

Where do I start talking about the amazing guesthouse, they do exactly what they say on their website, you are treated as a guest not a room number and more importantly a human being unlike some other local larger hotel chains. We were greeted in such a kind way, there was nothing Maria, Alex & Fabrizio could not do for us to make our stay in the beautiful Trastevere any more perfect. We had a bottle of wine awaiting on the bed of the room they had reserved upon request for me in advance. The true colours of these wonderful people were shown on the last day when I had an altercation with a local hotel and I didn't have enough funds to pay, they offered me to pay days after I had returned to the UK, they were so honest and trusting and you really cannot get this service anywhere I have ever seen. They made the trip priceless and I highly recommend anybody to try this as we did. We shall definitely be visiting again!

Room Tip: All rooms are as good as one another!

Stayed with my wife and sister in September 2012. Trastevere is a great spot to stay in Rome and the property is nice and close to the action and has good, clean, comfortable rooms. The best thing about it though are the people. Fabrizio was not super helpful, he booked our Vatican tickets, gave great restaurant and bar recommendations and went above and beyond. Would recommend without hesitation.

The location of the Hotel is ideal (especially if you like walking.) Trastevere is a beautiful part of the city to stay in. The Hotel is very small and intimate. The staff are lovely (especially Maria - so helpful). Our room was large, airy and clean. Bathroom was fine. Coffee was appreciated. Can't wait to go back soon.

My wife and I stayed at this lovely hotel in October 2012. We wanted a quiet and relaxing environment and found it at WRH Trastevere. Maria and Fabrizio were warm and welcoming and always keen to assist us wth our daily itinerary. The breakfast in the bar across the road was fun and added to the delights of Rome, and the coffee machine in the hotel reception was always welcome following a days walk.A hotel that is part of a residential apartment block in an unassuming street in Trastevere added to the Roman experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Rome and the hotel was the icing on the cake.
