Its just outside the Vatican, very close to Lepanto subway station, in a business area very quiet, supermarket just around the corner, also one biiig shopping mall. Very clean , very spatious , the staff is very very helpful and knows everything about everything. We had amazing 4 nights. The Corso street for shopping is so so near. When in Roma i will definitely stay only there. Very cheap also!!! Much more than we expected !!!

Very clean hotel. the staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. beds were a bit stiff and the pillows were not fluffy. They did have breakfast, but the breakfast staff was never there on time. Breakfast opened at 7 am and staff would not get there till 8 am, therefore breakfast was not ready on time.. Great restaurants close by the Vatican was only a 7 minute walk

I would not recommend this hotel. We had reservations at this hotel. We were dropped off went inside, were greeted and then told while we did have reservations, we would not be staying at the hotel What?? Thay said we would be staying down the street, just a block or so, and then across the street. We stood there staring at them luggage in hand. I asked if there was a problem with the reservation. I was told no. The other building down the street was also part of the hotel. With no assistance offered we grabbed our luggage and on the way out we were told that breakfast was included. When we double checked to make sure of where in our building breakfast would be served we were told breakfast was not served in our building. In order to eat we would need to leave our building take a one block walk. Cross the street and go into the hotel to eat. We tried this.... once. They served canned fruit cocktail and considered that fruit..... The bed was extremely uncomfortable almost like sleeping on cement. We ran out of toilet paper and when we called the front desk they said you can walk down and get it. We said NO. Then we were told to look in the closets in the other building. They did eventually decide to bring toilet paper. They also had a sign clearly posed to the let you know if you didn't drop your keys off at the hotel reception desk you would be charged $30.00. When we were ready to leave we gathered our things walked a block down the street cross the street tried to get into the hotel but the front doors were locked. Apparently the hotel didn't open till 7 we were lucky that our car waited for us. No one ever did open the front door. We left at around 7:10 AM. We had to have the driver continue to wait while we walked back to the room left the keys in the room called the front desk and were told it was OK this time to leave them in the room and that we need to understand they didn't open till 7 and yes it was after 7 when we tried to drop the keys off we didn't bother to argue. You may have already guessed this, but no, their rooms looked nothing at all like the one they advertise.Again, I would not recommend this hotel, nor would I stay there again.

This hotel is located in a very good area. Restaurants and stores, are located within walking distance. Our room was set up for 3 adults, it's a beautiful room and all the amenities helped make our stay, even nicer.

We were greeted by Guiseppe, he's an amazing and courteous person. He took us to our room right away and said to take a few minutes to unwind, before checking in, as we had just come from a straight 10 hour flight. This gesture was very much appreciated. Guiseppe, speaks fluent English and highlighted a map of all the best places for us to go.

He even recommended some great places to eat and called two of them to let them know we would be coming to eat. Talk about going out of his way to assure we had a great time. The breakfast is very well prepared and the eating area was clean. There's a nice assortment to choose from.

Guiseppe, thank you for all your advice and the great treatment you gave us. All the employees, we met there were nice.

Guiseppe, even offered to arrange for a private taxi come to pick us up on our last day to take us to the airport. We were able to remain in our room and was notified when the car arrived, that made it easier on us.

This was an amazing trip. We toured Paris, Venice, Florence and Rome! The 11 day trip we took was awesome!

Room Tip: We stayed on the fourth in room 403, we had no complaints.

The room was small, no toiletries provided (except for a couple of shampoo baggies), no breakfast included, no extra pillows offered after requested. Other than that, it was nice, we made the most of it due to the location. It's very close from Vatican and to Via Cola di Rienzo, which is the best shopping district in the area according to the locals, with lots of wonderful cafes and restaurants.
