“Wonderful 3* Hotel!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 23, 2013

The hotel was perfect fr myself and my boyfriend. It was close to all the travel links, there were some great restaurants near by (highly recommend Mamma Angelas, about 3 blocks from the hotel!) and it was pretty central so everything we wanted was close by.

The staff were extremely helpful. When we checked in we were given a small tourist map and were told what buses we needed to get to places that were off the Metro route, as well as being told good places to eat etc.

The rooms were more than adequate for the two of us, given that it was being used as a base to explore from. Given the quality of the hotel, how clean it was etc we wouldn't have got a nicer 3* hotel in the UK. Certainly not for what we paid. Full air conditioning was a total god send as well, given how hot it can get in July! The breakfasts were great, and the bar was available all day.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Rome who just wanted somewhere clean, comfortable and friendly to stay while they explored the city.

We spent 2 nights in Rome, wanted to be near the train terminal. Hotel staff was very nice, accommodating. Spoke English very well. Answered all our questions. Hotel was walking distance from many small restaurants. A/C worked really well. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. In general, hotel rooms and showeres are small in Europe (vs USA)...this hotel was no different. Elevator was small and slow. But i knew that reading the prior reviews. Graffiti near train station was initially concerning, but we felt completely safe at Hotel and in the blocks North of the hotel.

Room Tip: stay on lower floor so you don't have to wait so long for elevator

This Hotel is very well located. only 5 min walking to Termini. Very Clean and modern rooms. Very nice and friendly staff. very delicious breakfast.
Rooms are larger compare to other hotels in Rome. Has a mini fridge, a safe and comfortable beds. although their mattress are generally harder than American Hotels. Hotel Staff are very knowledgeable and ready to help. I can tell all of them from reception to the restaurant and even cleaning ladies.
Room was cleaned, towels changed and room was tidy up every day during our 3 days stay.(end of June 2013). I definitely will recommend this Hotel to all my friends.

Room Tip: Rooms#300,200and 100 are the Largest.

The hotel was good, decent location, very clean with very helpful reception staff. However, we didn't particularly enjoy Rome, especially the Vatican. We went the last week in June and the place was ridiculously busy, with street sellers constantly bothering you to buy all kinds of items, 'skip the line' tickets, scarves, shawls, hats etc. It felt quite unsafe at times so be sure not to carry large quantities of cash. Fortunately the hotel had a safey deposit box.
On the whole, the hotel was good value for money and was the best thing about our trip to Rome.

Yes Hotel was perfect for our stay in Rome, Italy. Conveniently, just a stones throw away from Termini Station means that you're positioned perfectly to get around Rome or get to and from the aiport.
The hotel was very clean, modern and the rooms were very spacious, which was a suprise as most European hotels can be quite squishy. Beds were also very comfy. The customer service from reception was excellent and the guys were eager to help us out at any oppotunity. Buffet breakfast was really good too!
I would recommend this hotel any day!

Overall Impression: Clean, tidy, and convenient hotel. Everything works well and you don't have to worry about anything.

Location: It's location is very convenient. It's about a four minute walk from the central train/bus station, which is also a Metro station. This makes going to and from the airport, as well as other destinations very easy. It's also very close to an old Roman baths ruins. There's also a great Chinese restaurant around the corner. It's also only two or three Metro stops to the Colloseum and Forum.

Service: The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. This is one of the most memorable things about the hotel. No matter what you ask for, they try and accomodate you.

Quality of room: The rooms are very modern and seem to have been renovated recently. They're sparkling clean and have great air-conditioning (something that's essential during the summer months in Rome). They're a bit small, but you have to expect this in a place like Rome. You could get wi-fi in the room for a very reasonable price.

Food: The breakfast, which is included, had a wide variety and was tasty. There was all kinds of cheese, deli meat, fruit, cereal, and a high-end coffee machine that could make every kind of coffee imaginable.

I would definitely stay here again. The service was superb and our stay was enjoyable.

The hotel is just a few minutes of walking from the train station Termini. You can't hear the trains passing, but that's a big plus. The rooms are a little small, even for only 2, but it's extremely clean. You have to pay € 2 for each device to get WiFi for 1 day, but it's really slow and almost not worth it. Thetowels are soft, and the shower is relaxing. The air condition is silent and working. The hotel is great for a stay in Rome, if you can live without WiFi.
