A beautiful hotel, with lovely clean rooms and very nice staff. Very close to the Termini making it easy to get to any of the sights. They served a lovely breakfast and were always willing to help out with any questions. The first day there they even sent us to a local restaurant nearby. We would stay there again if we are ever lucky enough to go back to Rome.

Just had 3 nights at this hotel, couldn't fault it in any way. Staff were very friendly and helpful, all spoke very good english. Rooms clean and changed every day, breakfast was plentiful. Free wi-fi in lobby if needed. 5 min walk to Metro which is ideal for getting around

We were visiting Rome recently and could not have had a better place to stay than the Yes Hotel. We arrived very tired after a long trans-Atlantic flight, at 11 in the morning, and were warmly greeted at the front desk and immediately shown to our beautiful rooms. Ours' was quite a bit smaller than that of the couple we were traveling with, and we were paying the same price per night for a room. So I mentioned it right after checking in , and the person at the front desk smiled, handed me another room key, and said "check it out, and see if this one is better--so sorry about our mistake". The new room was bigger and just as pristine as the 1st smaller one we had been assigned. The bed was firm, but very comfortable, and our nights were oh, so quiet!! The shower was very small, but clean, gleaming and modern, as was the entire bathroom. Breakfast was a delicious array of meats, cheeses, fruit, pastry, cereal, and all of the typical beverages. One rainy morning, Daniel at the front desk offered umbrellas and wonderful conversation while we waited for the taxi which he called promptly for us. This hotel is an easy walk from the Termini, and will serve as a beautiful place to stay for any of your travels in Rome. Such a beautiful city, with lovely people, and this top notch hotel besides--who could ask for more? Thanks to everyone at the Yes Hotel for a wonderful vacation!

have just returned from a 6 night break in rome 16th sept - 22nd sept and wow this hotel is just lovely, its so clean and fresh and the staff were very polite and helpful and very knowledgeable of the city and surrounding area.
the breakfast was ample for everyones taste, just wished they would turn on the air-con as it was very warm in the breakfast.
we recommend buying a roma pass 30 euro each as this gets you 3 days of public transport, entry into 2 museums/ruins, one of which you can use for the colosseum (entry is 14 euros without the pass) one way on the metro is 1:50 euros so we had our moneys worth from the pass.
also if you have an iphone download the trip advisor app it was brilliant and directed us to all the sights and fantastic restaurants without having to log into the internet (you have to download with wifi first though)
the hotel in a relatively quiet street despite being 5 minutes from the termini.
our room overlooked a courtyard, not the prettiest but that didn't bother us as it added to the ambiace.
i would recommend this hotel if you want a clean, fresh and comfortable place to stay

My husband and I stayed at the Yes Hotel for four nights at the end of August before heading to Venice to catch a cruise, and we’ve nothing but positive things to say about the hotel. Location is great in terms of being within easy access to most of the major sights, either by foot, bus, or metro. Being close to the train station was not a problem. We never felt unsafe walking back to the hotel in the evenings and security at the hotel appeared to be good, with the front door being monitored and cameras in the hallways. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Angelo who helped us out with bus routes and dinner suggestions. The rooms are quite small, especially by North American standards (made our cruise ship cabin feel down right roomy!) however, we were prepared for this and by taking a moment to organize ourselves, we had no difficulties with space or storing our belongings. Rome was extremely hot and humid during our time there; however, the air conditioning at the hotel had no difficulties keeping up with the weather. The room as well as the common areas were very clean. Everything had a fresh, newish feel to it. The breakfast room was bright and the selection of foods more than adequate (cereals, toast, buns, yoghurt, cheese, cold cuts, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, tarts, tomatoes, bacon). WiFi is free in the lobby and there is also a computer for guest use by the elevator. Having a small fridge in the room was an appreciated bonus.

If you are looking for a hotel with bells and whistles and lots of amenities, then this is not the place for you. However, it you are looking for a good, solid, clean, and friendly base to explore Rome, you will find that the Yes Hotel more than fits the bill.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights beg Aug/Sept and really appreciated everything at the hotel. Initially, it was a bit difficult to find as the only signage is on the door. However, once we were in, the staff was quite helpful. They were receptive to our wanting to change the room to one with a tub. Because there weren't any regular rooms left, they upgraded us. Also, we were given a card for a bottle of wine on the house later which was wonderful! The room itself was quite clean, albeit small. Also, because it faced the inside courtyard, it was a bit darker with not as much light. The air conditioner was above the bed and when turned on, it smelled of mildew. Otherwise, everything else was great. Very close to Termini proved very helpful to get anywhere around Rome and there was a deli down the street that was a good stop for water and other small food goods. The staff was always helpful with recommendations for the area and also for info on attending the football game. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for future stays.

Love this hotel, beautiful inside, wonderful staff and a fabulous breakfast too. Handy for the station. We will be back the next time we're in Rome.

Only one minor point is that it doesn't have wi-fi although it does have free Internet access at the reception.
