Had a really wonderful stay at this place. The owner is beyond helpful; he really goes out of his way to make sure you have a good time in Rome. Rooms are clean and spacious, although the plastic covering on the mattresses means you'll squeak everytime you roll over. Breakfast is nutella filled croissants, glass of juice and your choice of tea/coffee/cappacino/hot choc. Not exactly the healthiest but I loved it anyway. Good location, far enough away from the tourist spots that you are not paying ten million euros for a sandwich, but close enough that it's not too inconvenient (just a couple of metro stops from all the major sites). Really recommended, and for the price I dare anyone to find somewhere better. You won't regret staying here.

This was mine and my girlfriends first visit to rome and i say without exaggeration that staying at the lodi really made the trip. The staff were helpful and friendly, giving us directions to local restaurants and bars, explaining the local transport and providing great coffee in the morning.

For the price the quality of service was amazing, and the rooms were big, clean and comfortable.

If you travel to rome for any length of time, i cant recommend staying at the lodi highly enough.

We will definitely be going back!

The nicest staff I have encountered so far. People in Lodi will give you a very warm welcome and will be sure you have a nice stay, they will be sure to make the best out of your trip. the area is very quiet and nice, residence area. near the hotel there are is a street where you can find drinks and some bars, so if you want to relax with your friends and maybe meet some people this is the place. metro stations, as bus stations are very close to this hotel, so the transportation to the city center and touristic places wont be a problem. the price is affordable and very appropriate for what is given. I recommend t with all my stars, points or whatever, if i ever go back to Rome, I would stay there, no other place.

Room Tip: talk to the staff directly instead of making a reservation through a online service. if you have any doubt talk to the staff they will help you with any problem or difficulty you have in Rome or in general wisdom.

We came to Rome in the christmas holidays, hoping to find a couchsurfing adres. Sadly that didn't really worked out, so we started to be expecting a very expensive week. Luckily we found Lodi which, besides of being really cheap in comparison to the rest of Rome, also gave us the opportunity to meet nice people. And that people, is all a hostel is about. If we were to be looking for a 5 star beauty spa hotel we'd have went to the costa blanca.
So thanks again to the staff of Lodi for the good service and giving us the chance to see rome within our backpackers budget.

The nicest people and the calmest ambient ever been in a foreign country. The staff is really nice and the ambient is very cool.
The area is residential and so much less noise respect to other turistic areas.
The access to metro is 12 minutes and there are 4 buses departures to diffrent zones of the city.
Good exprience
