“Right in the heart of Rome”
Reviewed March 13, 2013

This is a no frills residenza in the heart of Rome, a short walk to Trevi Fountains and all of the major sights. We went in February and it bitter outside but the room was warm, comfortable beds and more than adequate. Breakfast was continental but in one week we were totally set up for the day.
A SPAR shop within 50 yards, cheap wine, bread and nibbles, what more could you ask for.
Highly recommended for the budget minded.
The staff are lovely and so helpfull.
We wish them a good season and prosperous future.
Thank you.

Room Tip: We had the miss fortune to catch colds whilst in Rome. Our tip is that take enough asprin or simila...

I spent over a week in this hotel (extended my stay near the end, no problem) working to start with then holidaying after.
The staff both at the front desk, at breakfast and the room service were all so fantastic and friendly.
The hotel is very close to the Metro for business and within walking distance of everything else!
Walking back from a night in Campo di Fiori was fantastic as the Pantheon and Trevi fountain are on the way and with far fewer people at night.
I had the room in the photo and I could not have asked for more. Good WiFi, bar fridge, TV, comfy bed, clean functional bathroom.
I will be staying here if I come back!

I spent 8 nights at this lovely hotel. You should keep in mind that you must go up a flight of stairs just to get to the reception desk. The desk is not open 24 hours so check ahead of time prior to your arrival. The hotel is a short distance from everything in Rome. I walked everywhere but Vatican City. To get there I took the metro which is about a 5 minute walk. The staff was very accommodating and when our heat didn't work we were given the choice in a change of rooms or an electric space heater. The breakfast was great every morning with a lot of selection. This is where I will stay if I return to Rome again.

Great hotel in the middle of the old city' 2 min from Trevi and 5 min from the Spanish Steps.
Nice small Breakfast. We felt good to sleep there after whole day of exploring rome. If you look for a place to sleep (not to hang out) in a good location in rome, this is the place for you.

Room Tip: Dont take a room on the second floor coz they serve breakfest there. Noise start early on this floor...

This hotel had a fantastic location, only about a 15 minute walk from the Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain. The staff were very friendly and attentive, they tried all they could to make our stay the best it could be. Although on arrival to Rome the hotel was initially hard to find we eventually found our way and then from that it was very easy to find every day. The breakfast at the hotel was nice and simple (continental) consisting of croissants, eggs, toast, bread, cold meats, yoghurts, juice and fantastic freshly made coffee, Italian style. Breakfast starts at 7am and runs through until about 10am. My hotel room had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in; it must have been memory foam. The bathrooms are cleans and well equipped with toiletries and a hairdryer. The rooms had their own flat screen TV with Sky, a fridge and air conditioning along with the usual… wardrobe, beds, desk and towels. The hotel supplied you with 3 keys so you are able to get in the hotel at any time day or night. The orange key was for the front door, the green key is to open the apartment floor and reception and then the sliver key to open you room, the coloured keys are only really needed during the night. So overall a very good hotel.
P.S. reception closes at 6pm

Room Tip: If you ask for a kettle they will do their best to get you one.

Nice small hotel in an excellent location in the heart of Rome. The manager is extremely kind and has excellent recommendations on any subject we asked. According to the tripadvisor recommendation, we stayed on the 3rd floor which was a very good call - seems that the second floor rooms may be a bit noisy on the mornings.
Clean rooms, nice breakfast.
Excellent value for your money, and then some...
Would definitely stay there again!!

Room Tip: 3rd floor rooms are the most quiet ones. A lot of steps and no elevator, but works fine if you'r...
