This hotel is located in a very quiet street very close to the via veneto in an old renovated building on the fourth and fifth floor. The room we booked was spacious, perfectly clean, quiet and good equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was served in a nice room near the reception desk. The hosts are very very friendly, polite and courteous. We felt to be in good hands and would recommend this place to people who want to have all necessary comfort and who do not want to be ripped off like a tourist. There are no kettles or coffee machines in the room, but if you ask or call the front desk they will make you a fresh one.
Everything with a smile.

Small boutique hotel only two floors in an office building. Two blocks away from Via Venetto. The day front desk manager is great and extremely helpful. He helped me exchange money when i was in a hurry and he helped another guest when his US credit card wouldn't work to buy some tickets he offered to pay them with his card to guarantee the tickets. Would definitely recommend this hotel. About 8 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Very safe to walk at night after a full day of sightseeing.

Very happy with the hotel. In a lovely area which has a number of nice hotels. However, this hotel is perfect and at a good price. All staff (including night staff) very welcoming and helpful. Really nice people. VERY clean. Rooms serviced to very high standard every day. Found beds very comfortable. Rooms good size. Nice street view. Lovely bathrooms. Great showers. Robes and slippers supplied. No problems with noise. Spar beside it. No negatives.

Would stay here again!

we were delighted by our Roma Boutique experience. Located close to Via Veneto ( yuk) and Villa Borghese the location was excellent. The rooms on the 4th floor are wonderful and well fitted out including toothbrushes and toothpaste. Nice touch. Owners ( Monica, Alessandro and Roberto ) and other staff could not have been more helpful . i note that some reviews found fault with the beds but not us. All in all we could not fault the hotel and would recommend it highly.

This small unusual hotel is in a great area to tour the beautiful city of Rome. We stayed after christmas and for the New Year. It had all the usual touches of a good hotel although it was within an office building but this should not put you off. The continental breakfast is chosen the previous night from a list and is delivered to your room at the time you designate. The manager Allesandro is a really friendly and helpful gentleman who does everything to assist. He is assisted by a number of other staff who look after the reception desk for 24 hours on the floor above. I found most of the staff really friendly and helpful all except one female member of staff who was not helpful when we had some issues.

The Villa Borghese park is 5 mins walk away and the Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain around 10 to 15 mins away. There is a very useful Spar shop next door and lots of good restaurants close by including the Hard Rock Cafe.

There is no sign or the hotel but it is easy to find as being number 1 it's the first building on the one side of the street and you just need to look at the list of buzzers and press for the hotel.

The issues we had could not be resolved because the hotel was full and because it was New Years weekend . The shower had a slight fault but Allesandro fixed this temporarily , however the air conditioning unit did not work and the room was very noisy due to the fact you can constantly hear running water loudly in the room coming from the corner of the ceiling , when people above are using bathrooms. This really is bad at night and in the morning so unless you are a heavy sleeper it will affect you and is not something you would normally accept. As there was no maintenance people around on a New Years weekend and there was no room to change to , we'd had to accept this.

Unfortunately when I raised the issue again politely with the female member of staff about the possibility of changing rooms she told me quite bluntly that if i was not happy I could leave the hotel! .... Not what I would have expected , quite rude and completely different from all the other staff who were nice and apologetic for the issues.

So overall I would recommend this hotel but would be wary of this room unless they can fix the issues. Ps . The beds are quite hard

Room Tip: I would avoid room 27 but. Don't know whether the running water issue is temporary or affects ot...

This is a small, lovely B&B/hotel, but with the addition of 24 hr front desk. Rooms were spacious for Rome standards and clean with very nice but understated touches (e.g., sky TV, Wi-Fi, robes, daily cleaning service, in-room refrigerator, closet space(!)). The owners/staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and provide advice, make reservations, or whatever you need. Great location for us and the location helps see more of Rome: bus #80 (or 80B) drops you at the front door from city center/Galleria Sordi in 5 minutes. In one direction, Via Veneto is 1 block away (mostly enormous hotels & their restaurants, and a pretty walk down to the centro historico-especially at night), and Villa Borghese and its must-see museum is only 2 blocks in another direction. Police station and grocery next door, American Embassy across the street, so security felt present everywhere -- though not necessary -- the neighborhood is nice with locals and offices. Good pizzerias/Trattoria a block away in all directions. There's no hotel sign but we used their airport car service-big help finding it. Nice 10-mt walk to Spanish steps area. Though not smack central, this was a great base for 6 days in Rome over Christmas.

A friend and I were in Rome for two nights for work and I booked the hotel because of its proximity to where our meeting took place. We were delighted! The location just off of Via Veneto was perfect. It being in an office building area, we slept well at night, very little noise from the street. I loved the beds, not too hard at all but with a mattress that accompanies you. The rooms are spacious, with modern sensible decor, large shower, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was served on large silver tray perfectly on time. The hotel is run by Monica and her brother Alessandro and we also met Monica's husband, who's also called Alessandro. They were welcoming and helpful.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone - a boutique hotel in Rome for great value!
