We stayed here for 3 nights in July, after reading numerous reviews on here we selected the hotel, we got a great deal through agoda.com.

Strangely the hotel is on the upper floors of what can be described as an office building and you do have to walk through the fusty smell of the lobby before getting to the elevator.

On arrival to the 5th floor you will be greeted most likely by Alessandro, the owner, he is friendly and very useful at advising regarding sights and restaurants etc. The rooms are modern and clean and the bathrooms are very well finished with good showers.

Breakfast was adequate for sight seeing and the hotel is in walking distance of most attractions, although there are alot of hotels closer to the main areas.

Roma Boutique Hotel is the perfect place to stay i Rome. It’s located in at nice and quiet district in the north of the city center with walking distance to nearly all the important sights. We never took a taxi once and not the metro either. As it is situated in a building with other businesses, the hotel can perhaps be a bit difficult to find. There’s no big sign announcing the hotel on the outside, but we had no problems finding the address; Via Toscana 1. On the doorbell you’ll find Roma Boutique Hotel. And once you get in, you are warmly welcomed by Alessandro and his staff/family.
As the hotel is quite small it’s also more intimate. We had a standard double room equipped with a nice bathroom, comfortable bed, free Wi-Fi and a safe. The room wasn’t huge, but big enough if you’re not planning on spending your stay in Rome only in your hotel-room. The rooms are spotless and cleaned meticulously every morning. The cleaning-lady even moved our luggage into the closets. Breakfast is served in the room at the time you wish, which was actually quite nice. For Italian standard, the breakfast is also very decent with a selection of bread and jams, yoghurt, juice and coffee.
This is a friendly and central place to stay in Rome. We enjoyed our stay very much and we’d definitely recommend it to others.

I couldn't reccomend this hotel enough. Good location for those who like to walk a little and great location to the metro, which by London standards is extremely easy to work out.
Staff were so so friendly and helpful. Always welcoming, always offering advice, directions, carrying our bags.
Room was beautiful- cleaning service exceptional along with continental breakfast to the room.
Honestly is the perfect location to explore Rome.
Booked this hotel as a previous hotel I had stayed in before was fully booked, I will definately be returning to Rome- and this hotel.
Thanks again to the wonderful staff :)

My mum and I chose this hotel for its location, reviews, and amenities and it did not disappointment on any level. Location wise it was very central to all the key locations so we did not need to take taxis at all. Above all was the safety aspect, close to the US embassy and local police station meant there was a lot of patrolling, streets were well lit up, and being close to all the 5star hotels ( Westin, Jumeirah, and Mariott) meant we were staying in a high end part of town without paying the price tag! The room was very well appointed with a little balcony too. All the amenities plus little things such as robes, slippers, and fancy toiletries was a nice touch. Breakfast was just perfect (albeit the same options) and the benefit of having it in bed was lush! We had a late flight and although they could not provide a late check out ( and they did try) our luggage was looked after and we had a wash room available to freshen up before our flight back. They also arrange a taxi (limo) back to the airport for 40 euros which is cheaper than the taxi rank. Great service, great hotel, and have no doubt recommending it.

My family started our trip to Italy with 4 nights at Roma boutique. Alessandro was the perfect host and made jet lagged travelers feel right at home. The location was excellent- right next to the US embassy and just a few blocks from the Spanish steps. There is also a little grocery store right next door which was nice to get chips and Cokes for the kids when we got weary of spending 4 euros for a soda at street vendors. Rooms were very clean, quiet and modern. Breakfast delivered to your room makes a vacation just that much better and it was included in the room price. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, offering advice on where to exchange money or grab a nice family-friendly dinner. I cannot thank Alessandro enough for his hospitality, constant smile, and sincere interest in making sure my family enjoyed our stay.

We had a very good experience at the Roma Boutique Hotel. Roberto, one of the members of the team, had really good restaurant recommendations.

Our room was great looking and clean. The breakfasts are good from an Italian perspective. For example, they have fruits, which is not always the case elsewhere.

The only negative points were that we were not really able to have wi-fi in our room and that our room was next to the reception desk, so it was a tad noisy.

Room Tip: Ask to be far from the reception desk to avoid some noises in late evening and morning.

As most of the reviews show, this hotel will be a very good choice, overall.
Just make sure you have anti mosquito lotion and never open the windows! We got bitten up all over every night...
Rooms are clean and very contemporary, do not expect a massive room, but it was more than enough for us.
All the service was excellent and treated us very well.
The area is very nice, safe and quiet.
I would stay there again.
