Only thing good about this hotel is the location. The bathroom was dirty eeks.the tiles and shower frames had green fungus.the pillows were really old covered with white covers.cupboard had around 20 hangers in it all different types many of them broken. Why keep such stuff in a hotel room!!!.dust on furniture and curtains.
Breakfast was terrible ,Nothing hot .Not even decent coffee.they even charged us for holding our luggage in the lobby 2euros per luggage piece.Definitely not 3 star..maybe 1 star.

We found the hotel clean, but it didn't really help. The room needed a complete re-furb, very dated and the bed was really small for a double. The location was excellent for transport connections and walking to main attractions. The breakfast was 'continental buffet style and was good.

Room Tip: We were on the top floor and the lift was the slowest I have ever Known, we were at the 'back...

No air conditioning in room. Was asked by the front desk to turn on the ventilator (AC) to get some air circulating, but that threw out no air, only made a rattling noise like a tractor. The window faced two walls at right angles so there was no breeze coming through. The room was a sauna. Bathroom was horrible. Heavy towel rack fell off the wall and missed my head by inches. Front desk could not care less as the room was prepaid and non-refundable. I usually check tripadvisor reviews before booking, this time missed doing it and paid the price. Someone please close this hotel down. It is a health risk to guests. There are dozens of hotels in the vicinity of Roma Termini station. Don't book this one.

Room Tip: Do not stay at this hotel. You will regret it.

Checked into this hotel on the 11th June, room 311.

This room is infested with bed bugs all over the walls. It's disgusting and we would not recommend anyone stays here.

Only good thing about this hotel is that "Hotel is near the Roma Termini Station". Staff is OK. They don't even give City map, no good advise from staff about places to Visit or nice restaurant etc.
Rooms are very small and bath rooms are awful. Place is good if you are going for a short duration and planning to visit city a lot and not planning to stay in hotel for a long duration.
Break fast is complementary but the menu doesn't changes through out the week.
Internet is not free and is very costly.
Over all place is little lower than awerage.

Room Tip: Room at road side are better

We spent at this hotel 5 nights and we had very small, terrible, dark and bad smell room with old furniture.
Rome is wonderful city, so all the time we were walking and used the hotel only for sleep.
We'll never choose it again! It's better to pay more to have nice room and view)

service at this hotel isnt bad at all...very young stuff but they are ok, at least u can get info from them
the best thing about this hotel is its location...nex to the Termini station, so there is no way that u cannot find your way back to the hotel easily...just get into the bus that ends on Termini station...by the bus to the center u need maximum 10 minutes...
rooms are very very poor...it is 2 stars maximum...u dont have any feeling that u are at the hotel...
