We stayed in the 5 person room for 3 nights in July 2012. We would definitely stay at MOMI again. Alessandro and Enrica were very accommodating and provided us with area information (restaurants, grocery store, laundry, etc). The building has an elevator which was ideal for getting the luggage up to the rooms. The room (mini apartment) was great, slept 5 (3 twin beds & 1 double - all in the same bedroom), washroom (shower only) and eat-in kitchen. Since we were travelling with 3 teenagers, the breakfast part of the deal fell a bit short, but that was quickly resolved with a stop at the grocery store to supplement what had been provided. The rooms did not offer a view, but it did offer a terrific location! It is perfectly situated near the Vittorio Emanuele Metro (2 blocks away) and walking distance (straight down the street) to the Colosseum. Had we realized how well situated MOMI was, we would not have bothered taking a taxi from the Airport!

P.S. Across the street from MOMI is "G. Fassi", the oldest Italian Gelato factory - delicious!!

Owners were very helpful and accomodating. Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished and clean.

The only down-side was the location of the b&b since the surroundings are quite dirty (outside).

My girlfriend and I stayed for 5 nights and the trip itself was wonderful.

When arriving, Alessandro was very kind and open to helping in any way with maps and guides about Rome. We had the Mexican room and it looked very good. The bed is quite rough in our opinion and they never switched our towels (which were supposed to happen every third day) or vacuumed the floor, but otherwise a VERY cozy place. The location is almost perfect. A bit out of the center, but still with a lot of street life and all kinds of shops nearby. Not to mention the train station and the airport shuttle.

All in all we are pleased with our stay and can definitely recommend this hotel.
