We are a family of 4, my husband and our two daughters. The staff were very friendly, we arrived early in the morning (much earlier than the check in time) and they gave us the option to settle in a cuadruple room right away or to wait for a couple of hours for a bigger room. We opted for the bigger room wich actualy was a 2 bedroom mini-suite with one queen bed in one room and a seperate room with two twin beds. Everything was clean, functional and "comfy" with working air conditioning, the bathroom was also very nice.
Everyone at the front desk was very kind, they even let us use the phone to make a call to Orvieto without any extra charges and they also allowed us a late check out without any extra fees.
But what we liked the most and recomend is the location, Piazza de Spagna is a 2 minute walk, there's also a grocery store one block away and a supermarket within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Plus the hotel itself is located in a building with high end boutique shops like Bulgari and Armani.
We definetely recomend this hotel and would stay there again.
