Our family of 4 (parents + 2 college age girls) stayed here for 7 nights. Used their "limo" service from the Airport since there were 4 of us. It costs a little more than a taxi (esp since taxis now chg extra for luggage) but we were tired from an overnight flt and didn't want to deal with finding a "proper" taxi. The driver was waiting right at the exit from arrivals with our name on a card and walked us to a close parking area. Highly recommend the limo. The lobby is very nice and impressive with small elevator. The reception is very friendly and very nice and help you the best they can. Our apt was very clean and very spacious with a 5' wide hallway. We booked the 2 bdrm that sleeps 6. The 2 bathrooms were esp nice to have. The heated towel rack was a nice touch. Kitchen had dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. Also a few packs of instant coffee, some tea, salt, sugar and pepper packets(used them up in 4 days). Decor was sparse but adequate. Beds were comfortable.
Negatives: Free wifi but connection was not good. They gave us 1 set of towels per person for the whole week and would chg extra for more. We should get another set every 3 days. Or we couldve washed them for 5 euros. We picked this apt because it had a washer/dryer but neglected to see that it was not in our apt but in the basement and we were chged 2.50euros per washer and per dryer. Also it would have been nice to include a cleaning of the apt for guests who stay longer than 3 days. Our apt was on the 2nd floor and overlooked the front. Across the street was a small square. On the weekend there was a small "festival" of some sort with performers which was nice to see but impossible to sleep until after midnight. The other side of the apt had a small light well(courtyard). An apt NOT connected to the hotel had a small balcony there, where they left their dog. This dog was friendly but barked incessantly during the day and during the night. I'm surprised I did not see this comment from other reviews. The biggest inconvenience was--no living room to sit. There was a 3rd room but it had 2 twin cots, 1 chair, a dresser and TV. We could not sit together at all except at the cramped table in the kitchen (btw, the apt sleeps 6 but sits 4 at the table). Overall, it would be a nice apt if you stayed just a few days. For approx 333 euros/night over 7 days, a cleaning and restocking of towels and supplies would be expected. I would have rated this apt a 4, but we went to Venice after Rome, and stayed in the Sarai Apts for the exact same price and these apts gave a new definition to "nice".
