Giulia met us upon our arrival from the airport and explained everything about the apartment and location. In the next block are the Sacra dell' Argentina ruins where the Senate met and the site where Julius Caesar was murdered in 44 BC. Located close to most of the main attractions in Rome, we walked here from the Vatican.
The apartment was clean and well furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The little elevator was great for sending up our suitcases. The WiFi worked well. During the night we could hear the rumbling streetcars out front from time to time, but fell back asleep immediately. You are really in the heart of the city here.
We would be happy to stay here again on a future trip to Rome.
Contemporary apartment with traditional touches such as ceilings, shutters, doors. The location was very central and close to most of main sights during the day (and it was a pleasant stroll to central areas at night to see the sights lit up at night or for a quiet meal in Travestere).
It was exactly as depicted in the photos. The apartment was clean, well thought out, light and airy. I would describe it as compact but it also seemed spacious if that makes sense due to lay out/colour schemes.
Beds were comfortable, we ate out all the time as we only had a short stay but it looked like their was enough equipment to prepare a simple meal. Shower cubicle was narrow but adequate (no good if obese). Apartment was up a few flights of stairs. It looked out onto a Main Street so it was noisy at night time which some might not like but we got used to it and we quite liked the buzz of it. The traffic noise did wake us at night but due to all the fresh air, sight seeing and comfortable beds we easily drifted off to sleep again and awoke refreshed.
