This hotel is an easy walk from Roma Termini train station, even with luggage. Room was very clean but rather small. Bed was a bit uncomfortable but in defense of the hotel there was a note on the bed that said if anything wasn’t right (including the comfort of the bed) to let the staff know. Staff was helpful and made several good suggestions for dinner.

My husband and I had 3 nights in Rome before our cruise and this hotel was recommend to us by a friend of ours. I am so glad she did and we stayed here! The location is perfect for the Termini station. It's 5 minutes walking. It is on a quiet street with very little noise and was very clean. The bed was a little hard for us but not enough to disrupt our sleep. I LOVED the bathroom floors. The marble floor was beautiful. The bathtub is pretty high so if you have trouble lifting your legs it may not be for you. Having the coffee/tea and refreshments in your room in the mini fridge is very nice. Free WiFi is also a plus. The front desk staff were so helpful with all of our questions. We arrived early in the morning so they stored our luggage for us so we could spend the day touring the city. The breakfast staff are super and the food is pretty good too! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Rome.

Pleasant hotel/B&B, good sized rooms, with free soft drinks, a/c and kettle for coffee.
Quiet and relaxing but only a few mins away from the station, metro and hop on/off buses.
Made our 30th anniversary tour, as a welcome retreat after the 35 degree heat and the amount of walking involved

Room tip: Lifts are narrow, so disabled may find issues, unless they have advised hotel in advance

In March 2019 we stayed at this hotel, our 3 sons had organized our trip as a present! We had 5 nights at the hotel and we cannot fault the service nor the cleanliness! The staff were so considerate and helpful and once in the hotel we loved it! However, the approach to the hotel was rather disconcerting..... the tree lined avenue should have made a splendid impression on arrival! It was such a shame as the avenue was littered with refuse, empty alcohol bottles and cans lined the pavements, the bottom of the tree trunks were soaked in urine and there were pockets of human faeces deposited along the walkway, the smell was very repugnant! We did express our concerns to the receptionist at the hotel and we were told that they report the problem often! The other disappointment was the roof terrace which is very dominant on the brochure and we looked forward to sitting and relaxing there in the evening! There is not a public terrace! we were told that there is only one terrace which is adjacent to one hotel room and it certainly doesn't over look the city! It is “SUCH A SHAME” as the hotel and staff could not be faulted but I would choose a different location in future!

Perfect location, few steps from subway you can get with around the city and sightsee the most interesting places. Great service and food. You can find very nice small italian restaurants around the hotel and buy good food at very reasonable price. I really recommend this hotel.

Room tip: best location, very clean hotel
