“Awesome”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 6, 2013 via mobile

What can I say, we have just stayed here for three nights for our honeymoon, from the moment we arrived it was just awesome.

We had our room upgraded and enjoyed a glass of prosecco on arrival. The breakfast is as you would expect being in Europe but the service and variety was lovely.

The service at the whole of the hotel is really personable, the knowledge and advice given is fantastic.

There isn't one bad thing I could say about this hotel and I hope to come back again in the future.

Thank you for making our honeymoon

Stayed for4 nights in Jan 2013. Room and bathroom are very clean and nice. Great and safe position; 5 minute walks to train and metro stations. All the staff are very helpful. We got exactly what we asked; Breakfast was good enough anf fresh. Enjoy!

This hotel went beyond the highest expectations. We came strolling in with about 8 bags between 2 people (study abroad & long cruise ahead). The staff was very kind and helped us with everything and offering water and coffee. We could easily see the train station from our room, which was about a 5 minute walk (hotels aren’t any closer). The breakfast is open from 6:45am to 10:30am to accommodate a wide variety of schedules. There is a wide variety of food and well prepared, set up, and delivered. The front desk is very helpful in telling about different attractions nearby and routes to get there. The rooms are clean and nice. We simply asked to add the memory foam to the bed (thanks tripadvisor!) and it made the bed soft (to my liking). The complimentary beverages in the mini-fridge are a nice addition. The staff really cares about you and wants to ensure you have a great stay and goes the extra mile to do so! If I ever go back to Rome, I will certainly stay here.

Stayed for 5 nights from 20th Jan 2013.
Room, bed and bathroom were spotless.
Great position; 5 minute walks to train and metro stations or shuttle bus to airports.

All the staff are very helpful; particularly Theodore who helped us get tickets to see the Pope on Wednesday morning (tickets are free and was a highlight of the trip). He also recommended a good local non-tourist restaurant (La Lampada 5 minutes’ walk away; not expensive and the food we had was good).

Breakfast was good; enough choice with really friendly staff and great cappuccino. Not a massive buffet but the quality is high.
Fridge has 4 soft drinks (Coke, Fanta, still water and soda water) and biscuits free each day.

Has a Sauna and gym; we didn't use it though.

Can’t really fault it. Go there and enjoy.

Room Tip: 102 was good.

We stayed in this hotel, 3 nights June 2011. I never took the time to write, how happy we were spending 3 nights there. We were a total of 9 guests+ 1 baby and none had any complaints. The hotel was in a central location. The rooms were big enough for Italian standard, Clean, The breakfast was fresh and delicious, the staff were dedicated, helpful, and always went above and beyond. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: We had the room with a large walk out terrace. We had no complaints.

This is a very nice hotel, 5 minutes' walk from Termini station, in a discreet, quiet little neighborhood. The staff are very welcoming and multilingual, and will supply you with maps and restaurant recommendations and reservations. Our room was big and very comfortable, with a huge bed and fridge stocked with free soft drinks. Hygiene is impeccable, the beds are changed and the rooms are cleaned every day.

Breakfast is included and the choice is good, with freshly squeezed orange juice and properly made espressos. Newspapers in a variety of languages are available, and the breakfast area is comfortable and quiet, which is exactly what you need before and after trips into Rome.

They have just built a spa/beauty area, but we didn't use it, and there's a gym as well.

It's not a cheap hotel but it's worth the money spent.
