This is a great place if you want a fresh panini. For 8 Euros you get a freshly made panini (they have lots of different paninis to choose from) plus 1 fried item plus 1 bottle of water. On the fried item list are a few versions of suppli (a fried rice croquette that is traditional for Rome). This place is tucked away in the Borgo Pio neighborhood, a stone throw away from the Vatican. I can only recommend this place if you are looking for a fresh panini and excellent value meal while you are in the Vatican area. They have some bar tables and stools, but I recommend you grab yourself a 8 Euro meal and then head to Castel Sant Angelo and have a picnic on the grass.
