We stayed for 5 nights in a double room which was very well maintained with access to shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. There was a TV and plenty of storage space as well as a very effective AC. The breakfast provided was a tad minimal- cereal with UHT milk or longlife bread with spreads. Some fruit or something fresh would have been nice. The ability to use the kitchen would have also been useful. The staff were very helpful though and we very much enjoyed our stay very close to the Termini in a very handy location.

very good connections to all parts of the city. affordable good food around the corner. quiet pleasant neighborhood. walking distance to many sights and train-bus station. Be aware that if you have a flight from Fumicino that there is no public transportation including shuttle to get you there before 6.30 and taxis are difficult to find at that time.

Just less than a minute walk to Rome Termini, Sixtythree B&B is a great place to be based at if you want to take day trips to Florence or Pisa. Not to worry about security as well. Only residents and guests have the key into the building and the main door is secure. Rooms are huge and very clean and comfortable. Toilets are also spacious and clean as well. Only complaint (if I were to nitpick) was that the water from the shower was weak. Generous breakfast provided and Mikael, who was manning the reception desk, was friendly as well.

Our room was clean and quite large for an Italian B&B. The bed was broken and very uncomfortable. My girlfriend and I both had back acke after 4 nights. The Ferdi's room on the 4th floor isn't on the 4th, it's on 1st, which was a disappointment. Also the balcany is in the courtyards right next to someone's livingroom.
Very good breakfast policy: you can make your own breakfast anytime (in your own room) and there were lot's of stuff to eat and they refill everything when it's running out.
Location is perfect, close to a metrostation, termini and not a shady area at all, unlike the other side of termini. Also very quiet.
Would recomment for a short stay.

Nice welcome. Clean, tidy. Breakfast average. Shared bathroom no problems. Very noise until around 2.30am - bin men and who knows what - then market gets set up around 5.30am so.....not a lot of sleep.
