We came here for an evening and it was nice for a stroll but not much else.
Not something you will miss greatly if you skip it!

there was a japanese film festival going on, and TONS of places to buy drinks, eat, etc right on the water. you WILL pay for the view. a small (10-exhibit) hipster-sort of arts and crafts section was there, and apparently will continue to set up at night throughout july. my 13, 11, and 9 year old kids didn't find much to like.
