“Beautiful bed and breakfast.”

Absolutely brilliant. Stayed here for a full weekend and could not find a single fault. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, they even went out of their way to provide my mum with milk when she was feeling ill. Amazing location, the spanish steps were at the bottom of the road and everything else was in walking distance.

We loved our recent stay at Eva's Rooms, the staff were polite and gave us a small map upon our arrival which they marked on the key tourist sites around the city and best routes to get to them. The building itself has a lift which after walking near 10 miles a day round the city was a lifeline for us as our room was on the top floor. The room itself was clean and tidy with traditional furniture and colouring plus air conditioning, which the maid/staff kindly turned on whilst we were out each day in preparation for our return from 30 degree + heat (a refrigeration godsend). There was a TV and small fridge and the daily continental breakfast delivered to our room included cappuccino, fruit juice, croissant, yoghurt, spread and rivita style toast popular on the continent. The bathroom was beautifully fitted with modern colour scheme tiling and our shower was honestly and truthfully clean enough taking into consideration the continuous and constant use it must get. Our room didn't have one of the fresco painted ceilings that initially had caught our attention when choosing a hotel but that didn't spoil our stay. The bed and breakfast itself was almost perfectly located!! We spent 6 days in Rome and walked to all tourist attractions on several occasions and only used the Metro underground station once on the final day. If you prefer not to walk everywhere then the Metro is cheap, quick, local and easy to access. The Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps were very close by and there were also a number of restaurants in the area for the evening. All in all in and in our opinion this little bed and breakfast was a real treasure especially with regards to the perfect location and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a small bed and breakfast!! :) p.s. if you go to visit the Colosseum then use the Roman Forum entrance along 'Via dei Fori Imperiali' to the North West of the Colosseum itself as you can buy tickets for all three attractions that are grouped together here (i.e. Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill) and the queue is the shortest by MILES!! compared to the other two ticket purchasing entrances so you will save yourself an hours plus queuing time also if you visit the Vatican we would recommend you buy a tour online to completely skip the large queues that can build up...hope this all helps

Really enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Eva's Rooms. The room was fairly basic but very clean. It had a TV (with english-speaking channels) and a fridge. The staff were always helpful and friendly despite some speaking only a little English. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning at the agreed time and consisted of orange juice, tea/coffee, croissant, cereal and yoghurt. The location is excellent as it is within walking distance of all the main sites. I would definitely recommend this lovely accommodation.

We arrived at noon in Rome on May 22, 2012 and found our way to Eva's Rooms using the instructions given to us via their website. We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer. The room was small but clean and delightfully furnished. Eva was very helpful giving us suggestions for places to eat and directions on how to get to where we wanted to go. The property is located within walking distance to so many wonderful sights (the Steps, the Fountain...) and has several lovely restaurants very close by. The shops looked good and the train was close....we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Room Tip: We had a room on the street and it was a bit noisy.

The staff at Eva's Rooms were so friendly and welcoming, ready to serve however they could. They did their best to make you feel at home. The hotel is very secure with a locked gate to enter. It is located in the heart of the city, not far from the rail station, and only a few blocks from Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of this accomadation between the Trevi foundation and the Spanish steps is unbeatable. The location to Metro is also a winner.
The service and advice from staff was above expectations.
The room itself was very spacious and amazing to have our own fresco painted roof.
Bathroom small but very usable. Water temp great but could have done with a new shower head, water pressure not great as leaked at connection.
Breakfast which was serviced to our room was delicious and filling.
Would defiently stay again.

My husband and I stayed in Rome, Italy from May 12 thru May 15, 2012. We were totally unfamiliar with the area and had never been to Rome. The location was perfect close to shopping walking distance from so much. The Spanish Steps was a few feet away and we went to Trevi fountain many times it was walking distance. Getting anywhere was so easy. The hotel is very European with painted ceiliings imagine looking up and seeing angels overhead. The staff was very helpful they even brought breakfast to our room each morning. We would stay there again and recommend it to anyone who wants a small hotel with personal service. The maid even gave me a hug on the day we left!!
