Location is very handy to visit all the attractions, and it is only one minute from termini with some very nice restaurants in the region but there are much better hotels in the region at the same price. The room is large and quite nicely decorated but the overall experience was bad. The hotel has the dirtiest patio so if you want to gather around with your friends or your partner for a quick coffee you really feel discusted to sit outside. It is a pity as this small patio could be like a little oasis. One possitive is that the kitchens offer very nice free coffee. The shower had minimum pressure so women cannot really shower and they take ages!! Water was looping from too hot to too cold in seconds. The floor was dirty and the furniture were dusty. The hotel is right above the tram rail and every time the tram was passing it was very very loud. I cannot recommend this hotel I am afraid and I will not return.

Stylish and modern rooms that live up the online pictures, excellent bathrooms with ceiling-mounted showers, and a very convenient location two blocks from Termini station. The staff was very nice, and the little terrace area they offer is cute, with free coffee and tea. Breakfast is not included, but with all the great cafes in Rome that is not at all a problem.

So we visited Rome as part of a double trip via Amsterdam. The WRH suites is one of the few places I've stayed in that looks just like the online photos. Before we arrived we were sent a reminder text message of location and best way to get to the hotel from the airport and very near Rome Termini station down to even the road names. On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly young man, who gave us a map and answered all our questions about where this and that was. He drew on a pre-printed map where to shop, where to eat like a local and highlighted the best sights. He gave us friendly but honest advice about when to walk and when to use transport etc. We were then taken to our Room by another friendly man who talked through the room particulars. Turning on the TV, showing us how to open the window, use the shower etc. It sounds like simple things but the small things really do count. Our room was clean, tidy and had a modern decor. It even came with a mini notebook/laptop that we could use during our stay. There is an open terrace area, equally as clean and tidy, with outdoor seating amongst nice plants and you can hear the sounds of Rome bustling around you. There are four rooms in total in the suites - we were in room 4. The rooms are all linked by a communal kitchen area where you can make hot drinks, use the microwave or hotplate. There is plenty of tea and coffee for you to drink free. One notable thing to mention is that the shower is located within the room so I'd say the rooms are ideal for couples, couples with a young child, or maybe sisters that sort of thing. You need to be comfortable showering with the other person possibly in the room. In terms of location, it is about a 5min walk to Rome Termini Station and about 15mins to the Collosium and Forum sites (depending on pace - it's downhill too). In the other direction about 20mins walk to the Trevi fountain! Our room also had a mini-fridge, wardrobe and safe. Please note guesthouses in Rome are not allowed to supply irons so pack a travel iron. If not there is a dry cleaners literally next door that will cost around €2 per item. Also around the building are a few cafes, restaurants and gelato traders. You'll also have a great view of the Santa Maria Maggiore church. Overall, this is a lovely place to stay especially if you're on a budget but don't want to sacrafice cleanliness or friendly service! We are going to recommend it to our friends who are visiting Rome.

the facility and location of this B and B is great. no complain about that. The staff is ok, not welcoming, but not mean. We checked in around 9pm, and he was eager to leave and did not want to wait for 10 minute for us to go get cash (we were told that paying cash has a small discount).

the room is good. facility is modern and clean. However, THERE IS NO HOT SHOWER and the water pressure literally does not exist. It was dripping lukewarm to cold temperature water. I AM SITTING IN THIS ROOM RIGHT NOW AND WRITING THIS REVIEW....very cold after that terrible shower.

I WOULD NOT recommend this place until they fix the water issue.

Room tip: Room 2 is where we stayed, and no hot shower.
