We have just returned from a wonderful trip to Rome and staying at Navona Gallery made our stay even better. Everything was within walking distance and Traian was very helpful, he advised us on places to eat and suggested walking routes taking in various sites. Our room was very clean and spacious, we were above a restaurant, but once the french doors were closed we didn't hear anything. Our fridge was kept very well stocked and Traian brought fresh croissants every morning. We do intend to return to Rome and we will definitely stay at Navona Gallery.

We enjoyed our stay at Navona Garden Suites/B&B very much! It is in a convenient location...just around the corner from the Piazza Navona. The hotel has both a US phone # and Rome # which you can use for reservations or questions and we found this feature to be very helpful.
The staff both in the US and in Rome were great. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The staff did a terrific job of meeting my husband's needs for a gluten-free breakfast. It costs more to stay in a location like the Piazza Navona area, but it is well worth the extra expense to stay at a B&B like the Navona Gallery and Garden Suites. I would go back to Navona Garden Suites/B&B without hesitation. Highly recommend this b&b!

This is the second time we have stayed at the Navona Gallery & Garden Suites. We absolutely love the place. Right at the Piazza Navona which is spectacular. Within walking distance to almost every attraction and on a beautiful street called Governo Vecchio. On this street are lots of restaurants, and unusual shops. As someone else mentioned, when you enter the large doors it is very quiet. We stayed both times in the Borromini room. It comes with a kitchen and wonderful cappuccino machine and a refridgerator stocked with yogurt, meats, water etc. The shower was the only thing that left something to be desired. The front desk person (Traian), was always so helpful with places to go and restaurant recommendation. He even called and got our boarding passes when we left. Wold definitely recommend that you hire a car service to get you there.

As stated in so many of the other reviews, the location is perfect, the premises is clean and homey, and service is very good. The only negative was the sound from the suite above. We were upgraded to the Michelangelo 2 suite, but wish we were not. The noise from the unit above is quite annoying. The stomping back and forth was surprisingly loud, as were the plumbing sounds (the pipes seem to run down the wall right next to the headboard). Our fault for not changing rooms when we had a chance.

Room Tip: Be aware of the noise above Michelangelo 2

Stayed for 4d/3n.
The location of the suites is the best. It's in the middle of everything and by opening the ancient door it's like you're in the middle of a party. Once inside the doors it's quiet and serene. The staff is great, friendly and accommodating. We were in the La Scala (?) suites which is on the ground floor and I love that we had some living area (small kitchen with table). It's also a plus that we can have breakfast in our room when we wanted. I am also satisfied with the breakfast choices and they supplied a generous amount and topped up sufficiently. We ended up not buying bottled water because they supplied so much we carried some around with us.
A small annoyance was that because there's an apartment above ours and since I'm a light sleeper I can hear the people upstairs moving around. Maybe they had heeled shoes but I can hear them prepare to leave around 11pm and when they come back at 2-3am. I'm not sure if management can do anything about that.
OVerall, I highly recommend this B&B. Maybe next time we can request a first floor apartment.

We stayed here in sept, this is the perfect place to stay if you want to be near everything. It's a corner turn away from Piazza Navona and you step out the front door to more restaurants than you can count. At first finding its a bit strange, luckly we had ordered a car service, the huge wooden doors we would have walked past on our own. The place doesn't look like much on the outside but it's perfect inside. It has a quaint looking courtyard by the front office anyone can use to relax with a bottle of wine, and spacious rooms. We stayed in the Paquino 1 suite which was perfect for our needs, it had a kitchen so we had breakfast and coffee before starting our day. A plus because it's always good to have coffee before leaving to go anywhere and it saves a lot on money in the end. Our room over looked a busy street with restaurants and bars but once you closed the double window we never heard a sound. The updated bathrooms were a plus and the a/c worked great. The manger Traian was the nicest most helpful staff member I have ever met anywhere in my travels. He and the other staff went out of their way to make sure you felt at home and had everything you needed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Rome. Perfect location great room and accommodations and helpful staff, is great when traveling someone where you are unsure about.

After touring along the Amalfi Coast for two weeks we needed to stay at a prime location in Rome for two nights. This hotel gave us exactly what we needed. It was clean, roomy and situated near the main attractions of Rome ~ we were able to walk to the Colosseum, Vatican City, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Fontana del Trevi, Piazza di Navona, Castel Sant' Angelo and so much more. In addition, the staff (front desk) was exceptional at helping us out with arranging for a cab (at 3am) to the airport. A huge thank you to Sylvia.
