We loved the apartment. You felt like you were living in medieval times but with all the modern conveniences. Its central location allowed us to walk to every sight in Rome with no need for public transport! There were tons of restaurants and bars around and we all loved it. We are a huge family with 7 teenagers and brought 4 nephews and nieces all in their 20s - everyone loved it, yet if we were tired some nights, the apartment was great to hang out in.
We rented this apartment for our family of 11 from age 9 to 83. The location was great and the apartment was big enough for us with six bedrooms (I don't know why the description says five bedrooms). There were a few problems, however, the worst of which being that one of the washing machines contained sewage water from a previous occupant so that the first time we opened it to wash clothes a terrible stench poured out. The owner sent someone to fix it, but it required extensive cleaning for which no one could be in the apartment. It was really disgusting. We were able to use the other washing machine, but the dryer had not been emptied of accumulated water, which we only discovered after a few days, so it took a very long time for clothes to dry. Obviously the person who cleaned the apartment failed to check on these appliances. That person also failed to put out towels in three bedrooms, but we noticed and asked the person who checked us in before she left the area. Also the WiFi did not work in part of the apartment, but we were given instructions on how to fix it when we asked. It could be a wonderful rental if all these problems were fixed, but it certainly made our stay there unpleasant.

My extended family of eleven, aged between 12 and 87, spent four nights in this apartment and it was perfect.
The location could not have been better, right in the centre just a couple of minutes’ walk away from the Pantheon and hundreds of restaurants and bars.
The apartment was lovely and clean. Spacious bedrooms, all with high, ornate ceilings and very comfortable beds. Plenty of seating in the lounge/dining room. The kitchen area was a bit small but ok for us as we only had breakfast there and didn’t do any cooking.
Giorgia, the manager, was extremely helpful both before and during our visit.
If we return to Rome, which I certainly hope, we would definitely stay in this apartment again.
