The hotel is located near the Ciampino Airport and provide it’s guests with transfer from and to the Airport (costs only 5 EUR, per room). They also have the free transfer to the nearest metro station, which is very convenient solution when you don’t hire the car.
The staff is very helpful and nice, rooms are adequate and clean. Breakfasts are very good (and even excellent in Italian standards) – if you book the room without breakfast it costs only 5 EUR/prs. – which is a very good value. Once you are there the dinner in hotel restaurant is a must – veal, pasta, salads – whatever you order will be absolutely delicious. Not to mention prices which are lower than in some bars in downtown Rome.
The only disadvantage may be the low passing planes from the Ciampino Airport.

We (a family of five) stayed in this very nice, well-appointed, clean hotel in the outskirts of Rome for four nights. All the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was of a good standard, the shuttle to and from the metro station was a very good bonus. All in all, very good standards with an excellent quality/price ratio.

Having organised to travel to rome with my wife and another couple i made 2 reservations in 2 different names. The other couple couldnt come because of work and we cancelled their reservation 1 month before the trip .Me and my wife finally choosed to stay to another hotel in rome center and we cancelled our reservation too.(10 days before the trip and the deadline was 2 days ) .
During my trip to rome ( 23-26 november ) i received an e-mail from this hotel that my credit card charged the price of 1 night for both rooms because i hadnt cancelled the reservations .after 20 or more e-mail proving them i have cancelled the bookings ( thank god i kept the e-mails the system send me and after a lot of excuses they were so kind to me to refund me half my money back .
Of course i do not agree with this so i still havent got my money back .Today is 5 january 2013 and still nothing .
In to days i shall go to bank to deny the chargement .Anyway i dont to hear about this hotel in my life never again .They must learn that taking 50 euros more might cost them a lot more in the future

Pluses: very reasonably priced; helpful staff (most of whom speak English); good, varied breakfast; clean and spacious rooms; regular shuttle bus to and from local metro station (cinecitta); shuttle to and from Ciampino airport; you can purchase metro tickets from the hotel reception; nice swimming pool.

No complaints but here are some tips: if you want to be picked up from the airport contact the hotel beforehand; bring your own kettle if you want tea and coffee in your room; arrive a little early for the shuttle bus at cinecitta metro; in the winter the last shuttle bus is 21:50 on week days. If you arrive after the last shuttle bus you can get a taxi from the metro just before cinecitta (which is called subaugusta).

Excellent, nice and clean hotel, to an OK prize...

The staff are service minded, helpful and friendly...
Buffet continental breakfast was included in our room rate but still very cheap at €5 if not. Beautiful pool and pool/bar area.

I will highly recommend this hotel..

Amazingly spacious rooms with modern and luxurious furnishings. Was once a renovated farm house but you would never be able to tell.

Lots of free parking in front and around the back of hotel. Beautiful pool and pool/bar area. Extremely quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Staff were helpful and friendly, provided maps and directions etc.

Hotel goes out of their way to be accommodating as they are not near to city centre or local metro station Cinecitta by providing a free shuttle bus to the station. It runs on a pretty regular schedule to and from the hotel and only 20-25 minutes into Termini station.

Free wifi in hotel rooms and good speed too - not limited to one device, you just need to ask.

Buffet continental breakfast was included in our room rate but still very cheap at €5 if not. Very good selection of cold meats, croissants, breads, juices and even bacon and eggs! Dinner was okay, not the best but still very good value.

If you want to do touristy things in Rome, I'd recommend staying at this hotel for the beautiful design, facilities and definitely value for money. Where it lacks in location it makes up for everything else!

I stayed here with my son and visited Rome. We had a really nice room, clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast buffet was very nice. We had good weather and also enjoyed some nice time in the pool.
The free shuttle took us to the closeby metro station and also picked us up.
