I was pleased to stay in this hotel for a single night. I arrived very late but I was received well. The receptionist spoke English well and explained everything there was. The building is old but well-kept and my room was clean. Only problem was I forgot to ask about the internet. I thought it was free and I relied on it but it costs 2 euros per hour and I had to go downstairs to get an access code. I really liked that the hotel is literally one minute walk to Termini Station and the Terravision buses in particular, which is great if you have to travel to and from the airport alone and/or at night.

The rooms were nice - not big, but I guess space is at a premium in Rome. They made the room look and feel bigger by having a giant mirror along one wall, which was a great touch. You could tell the room was a little older because there was only one power socket which fitted European plugs, and the toilet started not working properly after a few days, but really, these are really minor issues. Breakfast was great - a lovely cup of coffee made by a barista, and a nice selection of toast, cereal and (sweet) croissants.

The staff are amazingly friendly, and will help you book tickets and reservations (which you need to get into quite a few places!). They will also give you loads of advice on which attractions are worth your time, and how to get there. Very close to the train, metro and bus station/s (it's pretty much one building), and very close to a number of great, friendly cafes and restaurants - check out Meid in Nepols (giant and delicious pizza), which is right around the corner, but have a reservation on Friday and Sat nights, or go early (7:30pm).

One thing is that the hotel seems to be a favourite for school groups, so prepare for battle if you want to breakfast at the same time as they do!

It's not my usual kind of place (I usually stay in hostels), but I would have no issues in recommending this to anyone with a little more spending money than I, but still on a budget. Most of the staff speak great English, but are happy if you want to practice your Italian on them :D

It's located a few blocks from Roma Termini, old style but comfortable.
Also there's a bus stop around. (City sightseeing Hop in - Hop off).
The breakfast it's simple but good. The employees are very nice.
Good localization. And the price is not expensive.

its fine but i wud say a bit overrated by reviewers. I had family room, a double bed and bunk. Room was fine. Toilets can be improved and cleaned properly. Location is good. Easy walk form Tremini station, rail and bus.

This little hotel is in a great location to the Termini train station, metro, etc. only a couple of blocks for station but on a quiet charming street. excellent restaurant right outside the door. Very convenient. Oly 20 min. Walk to Coliseum or go to train station and grab metro- two short stops. Room was average, nothing special, but clean, and gave us a good nights sleep. We stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was adequate, and staff very friendly. You pay for wi-fi by the hour or for 24-hrs. Very reasonably priced for Rome. Check out Piccolo Spazio next door. Excellent food reasonably priced. We ate there twice on the outdoor patio.
