Very good and central location, just 100m to the Colisseo and Foro Romano area, a lot of restaurants around, near the subway, a very good quality-price rate. Breakfast is included (and was very good) and the room is comfortable. Lorenzo is very kind and friendly and offers you a lot of interesting and practical information I recommend this place 100%
Just a suggestion put more channels on the TV. Ohh the owner gave me some nice postcards at the checkout.
I'll be back here next Christmas for sure!

Surprised by the beautiful inside, we stayed 5 days in this very convenient accommodation.
Very comfortable bed, especially nice after a long day walking and touring. Sheets and blankets are soft along with pillows. White towels in the bathroom are nice and thick.
The family that owns is it VERY nice and the main guy there can help you to get acquainted with the city by telling you where to eat, where to go etc. It is literally a 3 minute walk from the Colosseum which makes it perfect! Probably 5-10 mins from the metro station. We walked everywhere while staying here because it is so central. The BEST food places are on the streets behind the hotel and he will tell you this! (e.g., 'Wanted' on Via Serpenti just off Via Cavour, and our favourite 'Trattoria la Suburra' on Via Urbana / Piazza Suburra next to the Cavour metro station in Termini direction).
The genuine helpfulness of the staff made us feel valued and not just paying guests, the staff voluntarily gave us a very good overview of sights/interests in Rome
We already miss our "Home in Rome" and hope to visit again with all the family.
I have recommended it to others thinking about coming to Rome that want a decent hotel at a decent price. Thank you for making a special trip into an unforgettable one.

the owner was very helpfull to up. When we arrived he described the places we should go and give up a free map and marked touristic places. The room was spotless and good for the money value. In the morning he brought our breakfast to our room. I think the best place to stay in rome

We stayed here 3 times during our 6 week stay in Italy. Lorenzo was extremely helpful and helped us get oriented to the city. He also looked after excess baggage for us during a couple of weeks we headed south. The rooms are a good size and were clean. They are very basic but, for the amount of time we were in them, more than adequate. The main advantage of this B&B is LOCATION! Absolutely worth being within walking distance to the ancient part of the city and many other attractions as well as the train station.
Via Cavour is a very busy street so, when you book, make sure you ask for a room off the street if at all possible. Otherwise, the noise is considerable, especially if you want your window open.

It's a hostel, and it is cheap, so do not expect much. We had a room facing the street and did not get any sleep, but I presume that if you get one of the other rooms it is worth the money! Clean, friendly, breakfast, spacious rooms etc.
