My wife and I stayed at the resort for 3 nights in mid-May, we both enjoyed the stay very much, impressed by the hotel/resort quality and hospitality of the landlord. It is also quite convenient to take bus to and from aroudn the city.

We stayed at a different high-rating hotel for one night in Rome two days later (after spending two nights at Venice), personally I think this resort (AAR) is much better even though it is about 40 min (by bus/train) away from the train station.

Time flies and sometimes, we like to read past reviews from our friends, scrolling down words and thoughts coming from the past. Latin people used to say: “Verba volant, scripta manent”. spoken words fly away, written words remain. There is always something that makes us smile and give us strength to go on In this bunch of written souvenirs. A big thank you to you, dear Joe L, you are part of this bunch coming from the past, but the feeling you had while here at AAR will be Eternal, like this city.

We wait for you to come again.

Staying at this place makes You feel like at Your own home! Private owned resort is an exellent choice as for newcomers, so for experienced travelers as well. Location is really unique: it's a rare chance to live in the green recreation zone situated close to historical center of Rome. Maurizio (owner), his family and all staff are extremely welcoming and helpful.

Dear gorrrrrr,

It’s never too late to say: thank you, mostly if it is about something happened in the Eternal City.

We are all very happy to hear that you had a pleasant stay here with us, as that is the goal we all work towards. We want every person that comes here to have the best experience we can offer, so we put all our efforts, be it a lift to the near metro station or a little bit of complimentary comfort food in the fridge, or simply the desire of sharing a glass of wine while chatting in the garden. An then it turns out that sometimes, the word "effort" means "with love".

If you felt welcome, as if at a friend’s house, then why not to come again?

The apartment was spectacular. It was beautifully furnished and spacious and the gardens were amazing. We especially could not have asked for more from our hosts, they were extremely hospitable and helpful and were always eager to help, from advising us where to eat, what locations to visit to what transportation we needed in order to get as much in as we could in what little time we had in such a beautiful city.
Overall it was a magical experience and we would be more than happy to go back again in the future.

If you want to visit Rome then this is almost without doubt the best place to stay! The owners Maurizio and Luiza will go the extra mile to help you in any way possible, showing you Restaurants and places to visit, booking Restaurant tables etc for you, giving you lifts etc etc. The Apartments and Gardens are also superb, as good if not better than 5 star Hotels!

The area the Hotel (or Boutique Apartment Resort) is in is a 20 min bus journey from the centre of Rome, but gives the advantage of experiencing a part of Rome that doesn't come with the bad points of tourist areas, if you don't speak Italian it can be a bit challenging to communicate at times but that all adds to the authentic experience of visiting a foreign country. Plus with Maurizio's help you'll never be too lost!

This place really is an absolute gem that should not be missed!

We stayed there with our kids during our Easter holiday, and we really enjoyed. Maurizio and his family gave us good tips for visiting the neibourghood and Rome. They even helped us also with our rental car tyre problem! Kids loved the garden and enjoyed helping to feed the Japanese fishes. Could easily recommend this to anyone.
